    DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible Experience. I brought in a desktop with a simple issue (It had an issue with booting up), I was told they'd contact me back within 1 week, well lets just say that didn't happen; after contacting them multiable times back n forth just to be told that they are "diagnosing" the issue. I finally gave in and requested a refund, they refused and said that It "wasn't their problem".
    Now not only do I still have a broken desktop but now I'm also
    out of $200 for just simply trying to get it fixed.
    in conclusion:
    - Staff was terribly rude
    - Staff failed to contact me (the customer) at all regarding updates
    - Owner/Staff REFUSED to refund me for an issue they couldn't even fix
    - Their store was a MESS (computer parts/Items stacked up to the roof)
    If you value your money, time & sanity DO NOT GO HERE.
