    Horribly unprofessional.
    Called me many times and when she did a cold call, and tried to trick me into revealing my identity.
    ******** called/listed me as rude in her notes because I refused to identify myself, until I knew who she was or where she was calling from.
    She kept telling me that because of the privacy act of Canada she couldn’t identify herself, but when I told her that this was fraud she identified herself right away and gave all the information she had about me, even though I hadn’t identified myself.
    She also called many times after I had paid the bill that she was calling for and was extremely rude and unpleasant and unprofessional.
    This person should not be in a position to call customers if she can’t handle problems without bullying and exploiting her position in order to intimidate people.
    I did a quick review search on the Keltic Collection agency and saw many other reviews about this same person.
    She’s got to try to understand that she’s dealing with people in an extremely impoverished state.
    We’re not bad people , but she doesn’t have any right to be disrespectful to people who are in the position to have bills in collections.
    People who have bills in collections are there because they couldn’t afford to pay the bills and are already stressed out and hurting, and to have this woman call them and bully them, is something we just don’t need.
