    This company contacted me regarding an outstanding debt. I was working with them trying to resolve the issue and they had reported the debt to the credit bureaus which severely damaged my credit. They knew I was trying and wanted to resolve the debt however the amount of the debt was incorrect and I was not willing to pay until the amount was accurate. We eventually were able to figure it out and the amount was adjusted however they had already reported the debt to the credit bureaus. I was then informed both via phone and email that once debt was paid the account would be pulled from the credit bureaus. The account was paid on August 30th 2023 and the debt is still on my credit report. I’m supposed to be getting a house next year and my credit rating dropped a hundred points from this. I would like the account pulled from the credit bureaus as I was promised. It shouldn’t have been posted to begin with considering I was trying to resolve it but the business that hired keltic collections to get the money had inaccurately billed me for a higher amount of money.     The commitment to the debtor has been honored, as agreed we have requested ******* Canada delete the file from their records based on the variables. We are not direct linked to the ******* database but rather report information and conduct updates in data exchanges, the process is not instant as it is handled by a live analyst and can take 10 to 14 days. If the debtor was dealing with a lender on a current project we are always happy to confirm to that entity that the process is active and the update is pending.
