      Outstanding service!
      In October 2023 we purchased a new sofa set for delivery in November. In December we contacted the Sackville location because the love-seat was defective, and were directed to contact ******.
      WOW what an amazing person she is! She listened to our complaint, then requested pictures. We sent the photos and she contacted us to confirm that it was clearly defective and she would contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement.
      The manufacturer was delayed in contacting her back due to the holidays, but ****** was communicative with us about what was happening.
      We reached an agreement that the love-seat would be replaced, we had 2 options: in-store exchange, or pay for pickup + delivery.
      ****** was clear and transparent on the policy’s of Nothin Fancy, she was kind and compassionate and I felt went out of her way to communicate at every stage and little roadblock (holidays) we encountered.
      It’s not often that companies exceed expectations but ****** absolutely did and is the perfect person to be an ambassador to the Nothin Fancy brand.
      I felt the need to share positive feedback on this platform because we as a society only take the time to complain, never to thank and appreciate when we receive excellent service.
