    Evrey step of this process has been a headache
    windows took an extra month and 1/2 to get here
    their interest fee financing was suppose to be 6 months turned out to be 3
    they sized the windows wrong and just used foam and calking to "make it fit"
    final paid receipt was $3000 more then the quote for the order they placed.
    also no one is local at all in this company goes to a call centre not in Canada, and one tried to get things crouched after the install sales guy wouldn't even answer the phone.

    Had this business install two doors in my home. The doors are ok, but the work men ship was bad. Three guy came to do the installation. They did not understand English, not there fault. I only speak English. Living room door was installed poorly because when the installed the door, the plate was put on with caulking and it was on finished inside as it was still showing. On the outside the concrete was not matching the door as there was a long hole was open boards are showing and not covered in. Kitchen door was installed and the casing was taking off and the proper casing was not put on. When they pulled off casing the chip rock was ripped off and the casing was just put on top. Damage to wall was still showing, not sure about the outside. I called ******* when the project was finished and was having a problem calling the company. She told me that I got my doors. She also said that she will have someone come out. I had someone call and said that they would come on June 24, 2025. Three weeks later. Called the company and they said that they were doing an accessment and I would have to make another appointment. The person at the front desk told me that they did not have any english installers. They only know a very little English. That was no good to me as I cannot talk to him or they could not understand me.I just want to let other customers know, if they run into this problem.
    If I need what I know now, I would not have got them.
    I have a disability and I don't believe they would have not done this to me if I could walk out to see it, or if they would have spoken more english It would not have happened. It is not the guys fault. They were nice. He kept on saying that he could not speak very much english.
    I had alot of problems, so I want you to be aware. They got here money for the project and I have to wait. They told me that the manager was out on business. Someone else called and I could not get back to them.
