      I bought a used vehicle from them. Low kms still under warranty. Not even a week sis I have it and the check engine light goes on. Made the appointment and brought it in. Told me at the end of the day that the o2 sensor is faulty. Asked me if I wanted to leave it over night I said no. I need it. So they said bring it in Monday. Should only be half day. Waited all day no call. So I called them and they said the service department closes at 5. I received no phone call and I really needed my vehicle in the evening. Unbelievable that it takes 3 days for an oxygen sensor to be replaced

      Great quality work, horrible loyalty.
      After a major repair over 15k, my car wasn't aligned and they had lost a set of winter tires. I provided the collision center with 4 brand new tires to have a perfect wheel alignment. These tires were from another car i had at home (same size) the tires were installed (which i paid for) and they threw out 3 of the tires that came off. They have me back a damaged tire and a new one to replace that damaged one. When the car was released to me they said they'll look for the tires. Some time later I did receive a phone call telling me i needed to bring my car in for a wheel alignment as they have no record of it. So they gave me my car with out a wheel alignment so i could destroy another set of tires. This was unreal, so i asked about the missing tires they said they weren't replacing them. So basically the collision center got paid from the insurance and couldn't care less about the customer. Money is #1 here, not the customer. Good Luck if you decide to use this collision center, I'd choose

      We purchased a 2020 ****** ****** **** ******** ****** Halifax in April 2021. Since day 1 we have had nothing but problems. The car was always pulling to the right and all over the road. We have taken the car to Oregans multiple times to get aligned and they tell us it is our tires even after purchasing brand new tires. We rotate the tires and drive for a little to see if that helps like they tell us to do. Only a couple months went by when we brought the car back to O'Regans to have the service manager come for a drive, and that is when he noticed the car was pulling to the right. He suggested another alignment and we were told it was perfect after that one. We then brought the car to a different mechanic for an alignment due to still having the car pull to the right and he had asked if the car was in a head on collision. We have gone through 4 sets of tires due to this issue. We contacted the head office of ****** to get this issue fixed, and the service manager of O'Regans ****** lied to them by saying the issue was fixed by rotating the tires. While dealing with this issue our engine has also been knocking. We addressed it the first time they told us it was nothing, addressed it a second time they ignored it. We had a friend come with the exact same vehicle to O'regans for them to hear the difference between the two. They said they would look in to it and haven't heard anything from them since. I feel that O'Regans ****** should either compensate us, or take the car back and give us the value that we put into the car (including the trade in). The service manager is very unprofessional, swears at customers and walks away when he thinks your wrong. I would never recommend O'Regans ****** Halifax/Dartmouth to anyone. We only gave a star rating because we had to.
