  Sold me a **** Fusion for $28,000, I looked up the car fax that they did not provide and they bought it for just over $12,000. They told me they couldnt offer a warranty because I wasnt approved for enough. The car lasted 10 months and they would not do anything to help. The transmission went and when it was brought to **** we were told that there was work done on the transmission before and it wasnt properly completed causing bolts to come loose and tear up the inside of the transmission. Called Carevo, they wouldn't do anything about it. We have put $8000.00 worth of work into this car now, the car was at **** from October to April while we paid off the work. During this time my son lost income. Now there is something else going on with the car. We are now looking to sure Carevo. Stay away from this company. After doing research we found out we are not the only people who got ******* by them, they prey on people who are struggling. Stay clear,you have other options.

  I dealt with ****** at Carevo. The experience was so bad that I’m left wondering if I actually just got scammed or something?? This company has been impossible to get a hold of. ****** would never answer my calls and only text me, and even those came very few and far. *** kept telling me I was approved, that ** approved me for up to $900 and she’d send me options. I waited and waited, texted several times and no options came. My credit report shows their checks and I have nothing for it. I tried calling the company and I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on 3 different times. I called ****** again and again with no answer. *** took my partners information over text and ran his credit and never once spoke to him, but told me his credit is poor. No idea how this isn’t a breach of privacy?? So here I am TWO weeks after starting the process, apparently getting approved for a high amount, but can’t reach anybody. They have all of my personal information but refuse to contact me. I suggest everyone stay far far away from this company. Whatever response they give at this point will not be good enough. They’ve had so many chances to respond to my several attempted calls to speak with a manager, but nothing. Strongly advise to take your business elsewhere

  Junk dealership, sold a car that wasn't fit for the road and refuse to offer any help to rectify situation, if zero stars was an option that what would have picked

  Purchased a 2022 ram pickup and 2023 Rav 4
  Everything seemed fine until after the papers were signed.
  Was promised a remote stater for the Ram due to salesman error.
  I have contacted sales person and sales manager to rectify this situation.
  They just keep avoiding me.
  Also communication with these guys is absolutely horrible.
  Once the sale is made they don't care about the customer.
  Pictures that were sent to me of the Ram were the wrong ones of the truck i received.
  It also seems communication between sales department,wholesalers and drivers need to improve . It was a very stressful and disappointing experience after the sale was made.
  Especially after spending over $110,000 for two vehicles.
  If buying from these guys make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's
  Especially if your buying out of province!!!!!

  I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from these folks at CarEvo. I reached out to them back in August of 2023 to get a new to me car. I told them I do not want a hatch back nor can the vehicle be smaller then what I currently had which was a 2011 ***** 3. The assured me I would be more then happy with what they get me in. However I was not then and still am not now. They sold me a ********** Mirage that don’t fit the only two things I said. I was not told that there was damage to the car until after my paperwork was signed through docusign. I insisted that the number be replaced as there is holes in it. They had it melted back together. I finally get the car only to discover that the transmission was shot in the car. I had to take the car to two different shops before CarEvo would do anything. They finally took the car back to their location and replaced the transmission with a secondhand one which in turn voided what was left of the manufactures warranty through Mitsubishi. They now will no longer take calls from me nor will they fix the car that still isn’t working right. Looks like I am going to have to take the legal route and take them to court for the cost of fixing the car to be fit for the road. And this don’t even touch that they also sold the car with an invalid inspection that stated the breaks passed only to discover that the drum brakes on the back were steel on steel.

  Dakota is the BEST !!! She truly listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, provided options and patiently answered ALL my questions ?? I am super pleased with my purchase, will definitely be a repeat customer - highly recommend Dakota !
