On May 31st my car was suspiciously not responding to my keyfob. I used my key to enter my vehicle and the alarms sounded off and I couldn't stop the alarms. I contacted Ralkye Mitsubishi and they advised me to bring it in, I asked if they could help or if they could send someone here they said no that they had to get towed there . I did, next day I call still haven't looked at my vehicle and I contact mitsubishi Canada on the CAA line because im trying to find a higher up manager to speak about this with. Why didnt they tell me just to use my key inside my dash to start my car in the first place. I contact Mitsubishi motors clearly angry that they never told me to try this in the first place to explain to why its not being fixed at 2pm the next day on like June 1st they tell me suddenly that they now had looked at the vehicle and tried that options and that my vehicles pass in the dash was damaged and taped in. At this point I am furious and Im line confused about what is going, I ask them questions if they did it, they say no and that someone must of done this to my vehicle. I am beyond panicked tell them to fix it. They cant fix it. For a week I am waiting that they figure this out they cant and waiting on their internal mecanics. I asked for the price and it was going to be around 300$-500$...They dont know how to fix it and assure me they were the only ones who could fix it. I call my insurance for a claim. I tell them the whole story and they approve my insurance claim to fix it. Mitsubishi Motors tells them different stories like I told them NOT to fix it which is a lie. My insurance took my rental and is reviewing my claim for a second review. My car has been sitting outside Mitsubishi Motors since June 1st. They still havent connected my keyfob to my vehicle. They won't tell me nothing. They have hung up on me when asking for the repairs my adjuster for my insurance was requesting. They keep ***** to me. I need help please.Business response

We dispute the complainants statement.
Complainant did contact us at the end of May with a complaint of the key fob start activation. An attempt was made over the phone with instructions on using the emergency key contained within the key fob. This action was not successful consequently the vehicle was towed to our shop. At the first available shop time a basic diagnostic was performed. Mitsubishi tech support recommended replacing the key fob and a possible pcm. Complainant was advised of the required operation and costs involved. Complainant refused the repair believing the key fob was covered under a 10 year warranty. The key fob warranty coverage is not 10 years and in fact coverage had expired prior to the part issue.
Complainant then contacted her own insurance company, opened a file, adjuster assessed the vehicle while at our premises. A number of weeks later the insurance company approved a theft damage repair to the vehicle. We were advised to send the vehicle to Fix Auto for completion of the repairs. The insurance company then reached out to us and stopped the diagnostic and repair process pending further investigation of the theft.
We have had no further instructions from the insurance company. The vehicle remains at our Mitsubishi location.

They are *****,I was never advised of this key fob entry in the dash.
nobody at Mitsubishi told me to try and put my key in it as I never knew.
Carey my Keys which are my testifiers because I went there for information and we called Mitsubishi Canada together. They told me two days after my car was towed that they should have told me but that once they looked at that it was damaged.
They have also lied about me refusing any repairs.
Thats illegal and a total lie. They didnt know how to fix it for two weeks waiting on internal mecanics.Never once told me a price Ive always said to go ahead and fix it!!!
My insurance approved the repairs!
****** ***** is the person I spoke with telling me he told them that it was strange id go in for a keyfob then ask to get damages repaired on my car. Like scratches ect.i have emails from all
my adjusters showing them I didnt want my body repairs like scratches ect included I only wanted my keyfob back.
I am beyond stressed I have PTSD from an attack and getting abused and going to a fasciliating center after my ex taking my kids away. Ive never been able to fully recover mentally from that and this has brought on mental trauma like none before.
I cant eat my kids are scared for me. I am being taken for a ride here and its not the first time. I dont family support in my life to be able to go over there to tell them to stop fucking around with me.This has become such a terrible thing in my
life. I dont have savinga anymore I have kids and I need to maintain my health and also be able to get to work.
I pay insurance every month for the last 10 years or more with a bill of 15,000$ still left to pay on this vehicle they sold me.I can only do so much by myself but I cannot argue with *****.
Please help. Ill even go to court against them thats how much they have hurt me with this. The stress in unbearable I cant even explain the story without crying.
I didnt break my car for insurance if I did I would of made up a story or even called insurance right away.
Mitsubishi is the one who made me think that someone broke into my car and did this and posaibky attempted to steak it ir break it so I would be in debt.********

My insurance have sent a Engineer yesterday.
This will proove that YOUR COMPANY never asked me to do a trial in my dash.
rallye get your facts straight and stop ***** and abusing your customers.You are all a bunch of ****** and *****.
I was NEVER shown the actually repair idea or NEVER shown me a cost.
this has dragged on and this company needs to pay for how long this has taken and how much mental stress I am under.
how much time wasted ? How much money ive wasted in the waiting procwaa,
because your garage cannot tell the truth.
you promised me my car fixed in 20-45 minutes if I towed it that day without any knowledge of this dash connector.
NEVER was I told. NEVER was a key inserted in there on May 31st or the next day becausr your company is ***** !
Your conpany draggued this on for months.Two weeks from the incident you still had no clue what was wrong with the vehicle so STOP *****. Your conpany said you were the ONLY shop to be aboe to fix this since you admitted to breaking my dash already.
You also told me becauze you tried to replace my dash box with another of your BRAND NEW vehicles and still didnt work that only Mitsibishu would repair this as this has never happen in history.IE : Claims made by Rallye Motors ( ****** & ****** )
I have emails back and fourth with Rallye services , emails back and fourth with my adjuster and my insurance agent.
I want the BBB to help me put justice to this I am not going to be taken advantage of being called a liar , waste my time. Make my mental health struggle bwcause of your manipulative lies and confusing fake scenarios.
if it wasnt for their lies and wasting my time. Singleing me out and making me more frustrated if have my car back.
At this point I want them charged for the amount of lies and stress they have burdened me with.
I also want to tell my story to everyone as they should know why my mental health is affected and to be aware of the kind of employees and business conduct this place of work employs.
Very corrupted. Oh also may I also mention the Lies with my Warranty. I did ask for warranty "Rallye" before even towing my car.
STOP ***** because the engineers diagnostic is going to prove how much of a scam and how not to trust you.I hope we can result this with Justice.

I have purchase used ***** CRV and had it sent for repair before one month of ownership. I had purchase warranty, now they have my vehicule is garage for over 5 weeks because they are trying to get warranty to pay but as customer I'm stuck in the midle. The dealership should fixe issue and then deal with the warranty company that they sell there policy with. I would like compensation from them, I have paid 3 bi-weekly payments and insurance but don't have my vehicule. I'v been calling them every week and trying to get it done but no result. I want to return vehicule but they said to late we signed contrat and we are stuck with it!!!!Business response

Initial repair claim approval was delayed by the Extended Warranty Company. Upon receiving approval the repair was started and on breakdown it was discovered additional internal parts had failed requiring an additional parts order. Delivery of this part order has been delayed by the manufacturer. We have been advised delivery of these parts are expected by early next week. The complainant is currently driving our service loaner vehicle at no charge to the complainant.
We are sympathetic towards the complainants repair time and as such had provided the service loaner at no charge.
No further compensation will be considered. It is anticipated the repair will be completed within the next week.

Rallye Motors never gave me the money for my trade-in. Lied on the papers that I unfortunately signed. When I realized I got manipulated, I started calculating everything and realized they didn’t give me the money for my old car. So I told them I wouldn’t give them my registration papers until I get the money for my trade in. Today I got home and my car wasn’t in my driveway anymore. They came and picked it up (I want to add that I did not miss any paiements)Business response

The complainant received fair market value for the trade along with a cash back cheque in the amount of the equity in the trade vehicle. Complainant decided to attempt to re-negotiate the transaction by withholding the trade registration. Our response to the complainant was she must provide either the registration or the full cash back amount that complainant received. Complainant has provided neither.
Re-negotiation of the contract will not be considered an option. Transaction will be terminated if complainant returns the full trade equity cash back in full no later than October 15th,2021.

It is not at all what happened, they lied on every single line of the purchase of sale. I did not attempt to re-negotiate. I asked for the money I did not receiveone of them is i bought an essential venue and they’re claiming I bought a preferred venue which was out of y price tange
