    This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a courier company. I have ordered hundreds of items online and never had an item returned to sender. They attempted to deliver twice on consecutive weekday mornings while I was at work (like most people). They then elected to return to sender without providing me the option of picking up at a drop off point. How is anyone expected to receive their package under these conditions? Are we expected to take a vacation day from work in order to receive packages? Every other major courier company provides the option to pick up at a drop off point. Avoid this company at all costs.

    This business tells you lies and their drivers don't carry out their jobs. I never had so much difficulty in getting questions and getting the package delivered as I have today.. This company needs to be accountable for their actions and their employees. I have a medical package By this company however because the driver lied. They think nobody lives there. Which is not true?

    I've been shipping for many years and have never seen a delay like this before. Today will be the 8th day since I called for a shipment to be picked up and delivered to Ontario. This is after re-calling daily to confirm pick up is still coming. On the 5th day I was promised someone would be here to pick up the shipment before 10:30 am. At 11:15am they showed up with a small truck and advised they could not take the skid and would send someone tomorrow.
    This is a company that has been doing our deliveries for years and know we have no forklift. Today, the 8th day, I called and they are not answering the phone and there is no message center prompt to leave a message. If it were up to me I would never use T-Force again as this is bordering on incompetence.
