    On July 29 I purchased a computer through thesource.ca. I arranged for it to be delivered to the local Source shop at McAllister Place Mall, Saint John, as I was concerned I might not be at home when it arrived. I began to track the computer's "progress" as it left Toronto, then went to Moncton, then to Fredericton on August 2. Expected date of arrival, August 5th. I contacted the Source repeatedly, but they did not receive it. So finally I contacted the delivery company, TFIS. The company suggested it arrived there August 24th but added they had no camera proof. I thought that was an odd comment. And it still has not come to the Source in Saint John for pickup. I've checked this at the Source end. Last week, I contacted TFIS by phone and email and gave them until Monday to provide an update on WHERE the computer IS and when I might RECEIVE it. Due to the long weekend I waited until today to follow up. An email sent at 1pm has until this point received no response. The computer was a **** ************** ***** ****** **** ****** ****** *** **** *** *** * ******* ** * Chocolate Black & Gold on sale for 249.99. The Source is also looking into its location. I have waited one hour since my last e-mail.

    Hi there
    I just wanted to let you know that the Source refunded the charge on my visa for the computer.

    No one ever e-mailed me about it. I just happened to see the item!

    So... it ends the whole situation...
