Hi, I am writing to express my sheer disappointment on the quality of the house built by A&S in 2016 that I took over last year in June 2022 from the previous owner. Soon taking over the possession of the costly house in the South Pointe area in Winnipeg, I noticed severe floor squeaking issues throughout the house. I reported the matter to A&S but the response was simply that the house was out of warranty and no previous owner complained before. Throughout the 2022-23 winter, the main living room had severe floor cooling issues as the cantilevers were not properly insulated. Furthermore, the stucco walls at the bottom started to peal off throughout the boundary of the house. I am compelled to do all the repairs I can on insulating cantilevers and going through stucco work as well. The same costed me about $****. I also called up flooring contractors as well and they told me that * ***** ***** ******* work was done by A&S that requires all the 4 bedroom base floor to be removed, re-glued and screwed again.
