    Did not deliver parcel. Sent picture of delivery on a street corner. *** ********* **** **** ** * ******

    The first time Uniuni delivered a parcel from ****, I received good services and more importantly, the parcel. This morning, Uniuni, supposedly, delivered a parcel from **** which I did not receive. I was home, and my full name, apartment number, and phone number was listed, but the delivery guy never bothered to look at him. Instead, he took a picture of the parcel with my name on it, address, phone number, as well as the building number. He never buzzed my number (which was clearly listed in the lobby), nor telephone me to say he was here. I do not know what he did with the parcel that I did not receive, but it cost about $**, and I have nothing to show for the cost.
