    I made an order from ***** December 4th 2024, my order was supposed to arrive between December 18th -23rd. All was going good with shipping until it was passed off to Uni Uni, my package was received by Uni Uni December 18th, the tracking says sent to local warehouse for delivery December 19th, December 29th it was assigned to a delivery driver, finally January 4th i called and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes I was told they attempted to drop it off but we're unable to. Nobody attempted to drop anything off, i have cameras all around my house that catch anyone who walks by. The man on the phone then told me he will request another drop off, which can take 7-10 business days. It is currently January 9th and I'm yet to receive anymore information about my package thankfully ***** refunded me *** ******* ** *** *** ******* ** ***** ** ******* * *** ** ** *** ******** **** *** ******** *** ** ***** ******** ******** ****** *** ******** ******** *** ** *** ******* * *** ******* *** ******* *** *** *** *** ***** ** ******* ******** **** **** ********** ** ***** ***** ******** ********. Now I feel uncomfortable with the fact my package included several customized items **** ** ******** ***** ** ** *** ** *** ****** *** ***** ** ******* *** ****** *** ***** **** ** ********** ***** *** **** ***** If you try and contact on the website for help it's a generic message they will get back to you. They won't. I've messaged the website over 10 times and still failed to receive any sort of response that way.

I decided to investigate and check reviews on Google with this company. And it turns out, every review says the same thing. The package is out for delivery and it never comes.     Uni Uni never delivered my package and their driver didn't even attempt to deliver it and the company doesn't allow for parcel pick up and before I could even set up a time for a second delivery. They sent it back but hasn't updated since who won't refund me and it's been a month

    I am filing a formal complaint against UNI UNI due to an issue with my order and their complete lack of resolution. I placed a large order with them, which was split into three shipments. Two of these shipments, delivered by a different carrier, arrived without any problems. However, the third shipment, tracking number *******************, has yet to be delivered despite being marked "out for delivery" on 09/26. When I checked the tracking information, I saw that the package had been returned to the warehouse due to an "incorrect address." However, this is entirely false. My address is correct, and it is a single-family home with no access issues such as gates or codes. There is no reason this package should not have been delivered. I have been in contact with UNI UNI's customer service team for over two weeks, yet they have failed to provide any helpful information regarding the whereabouts of my package or arrange for redelivery. Instead, I have received generic responses that do not address my concerns. **** **** ** ************ *** ******* ** ******* *** ***** *** **** ** **** ** ****** *** ** ******* **** ******* ** ******** ** ********** ********** ********* **** ***** *** **** *****. I request immediate assistance in getting this issue resolved. UNI UNI has been completely unresponsive to my needs as a customer, and I am seeking intervention to ensure that I either receive my package or am refunded in full. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution.

    UNI Uni has supposed to deliver 3 items from ****** That was suppose to be June 6. I have given my correct Address twice to them. They ******* say they have attempted deliveries. I have been home every time. I have contacted them many times through email with NO results, no explanations. I want my items or my money back.
