  Well, I have to say the staff at Friesen Press are very professional. They really do care about their customers. They have good communication skills, and are problem solvers. I would rate each one a 4.5/5 because no one is perfect, including the customers.

  I've just published my memoir with FriesenPress, 100% employee owned, and have been most impressed. The process was easy to follow, guided by Friesen on-line prompts and live agents. Every detail was covered. My publishing assistant, Frankie **********, responded promptly to every inquiry and was always encouraging. Problems were solved with a minimum of fuss. From the very first editorial assessment, to copy editing, to layout/design including 60 photos, and then a promotions plan and website - all the bases were covered. I'm delighted with the final product and have already sold quite a few copies through Friesen's link with the ****** ************ company that connects me with more than 200 booksellers throughout North America. * ********* ******* *** ************** ******* *** *** ******* ** *** ** *** **** *** **** * *** ** ***** ** *******  I took the Signature package at roughly $*****, but it's worth it. I could have waited several years for a mainstream publisher to pick up my book, if at all. Now I'm on every major platform, and at age 75, I'm proud to have preserved my life history.

  Friesen Press was so easy to work with, and they walked me through each stage, ensuring I was confident in utilizing their publishing programs on my computer. If I had issues we did not move forward until they were resolved. Therefore, I had very few issues; I was eager to move through the process of seeing my book come to reality and reach the shelves to be published. The Staff were very Professional, and caring. I was satisfied with the quality of work put into my book. I am presently working on other book projects, and I plan to access Friesen Press once again to publish them. They did not oversell their abilities, and I was satisfied with how it all turned out well. I only wish I would have had them for my first book published; that seemed a disaster. I will never go elsewhere now.
