    Hi my car was towed about a week ago and when I came to pick up my car there is now a sound coming from the door everytime I open the door there is a sound. This sound wasnt there before you guys towed my car. I showed 2 people at your place they told me they dont know why the sound is there and said to call on Monday to speak with a manager. I called Monday and was told that I would get a call back after they took my information. I never got a call back so I called again a few days ago and was told to wait until today to get a call back. I still never received one. So I called back today and was told that I need to email. No one told me to email before. You guys have been wasting my time and how are you going to fix my car. This is ridiculous my car was fine before it was ever towed by your company. That was from my first review, and its been well over a month I have not received any compensation, I have gotten confirmation from my mechanic that your operator went inside my car. There is even a dent on the top of my driver side door. You guys say no one entered yet i havent been shown proof. If i dont get a response soon i will be filing a claim
