Your quoting system by your in-house salespeople is extremely deceptive. In contrast, your quoting system by the people who show up at my doorstep is great. The guys that showed up clearly explained the pricing in terms of 1/8th of the truck. And that 1/8th the truck is about 1 refrigerator. So the pricing is: 1/8th the truck = X amount, 1/4 = 2X amount, 3/8th=3X amount, and so on. This is simple, clear, and easy to understand. So why can't you have your in-house/phone people explain it the same way? Or is this part of your overall deceptive sales strategy just to get someone to the house and then do the sale? Your company should be ashamed of your deceptive sales tactics. You obviously know how to explain it clearly but choose not to over the phone. And if you think I may have just gotten a bad inside sales rep, you are wrong. I called two times, spoke to two separate salespeople, and got the same deceptive sales pitch. Your company should be ashamed of yourself. I will follow up with a negative ****** and BBB review. And the next time I need something moved, I will hire some bums off the street before talking to 1 800 Got Junk
