  We hired Kerr Construction to dig out our crawlspace and expand/renovate our basement, and our experience was great. From getting the quote, planning and design, and finally the production phases, everything was clearly laid out and we were always informed of the progress and what to expect. The design team was also very efficient in obtaining required permit/documentation. REMOVEDand REMOVEDfrom the production team were great to work with and answered all of our questions very quickly. In fact, all the REMOVEDteam members and subcontractors we encountered were very professional and we could tell that they valued the quality of their work. Thanks!

  Their slogan talks about trust, and that was just what we needed to hear. We looked for a company to do a renovation after failing to come to terms with another group. From the first meeting, we felt like the people at REMOVEDwere very attentive to customer service. They listened and really cared about REMOVEDand the project. Every time during the renovation process, they answered questions and ensured we were happy. We had started the design process with the other company, but the designers at REMOVEDwent over our decisions and helped REMOVEDmake changes where the ideas didnt match our vision. The project manager was very knowledgeable and could be relied upon to make sure that the work was done to their exacting standards. The warranty is better than anything weve seen. We are extremely pleased with the finished product, and we highly recommend REMOVED.

  We had a very good experience with Kerr construction several years ago and therefore we decided to have them work for us again.Once again we were extremely satisfied with Kerr construction. The assessment of the job and the work proposal was done by REMOVEDwho was very thorough and and gave us a good idea of what to expect. The work was done by REMOVEDwho did an outstanding job with meticulous attention to details the best worker we ever dealt with.   We have worked with the REMOVEDDesign team and head designer, REMOVEDfor over a year. The REMOVEDDesign team helped us pick furniture and accessories for our REMOVEDsquare foot home. REMOVEDtook into account our tastes and our traditional home and helped us make the right choices and avoid costly mistakes. We also wanted to build a bench seat in our kitchen. We could not find anyone who wanted to do such a small job and were fortunate that REMOVEDwas also able to provide us with the trades to do the job. Our collaboration with the REMOVEDDesign team has resulted in a beautiful home that we enjoy with family and friends.
