  I recently worked with Kerr Construction on a major rebuild, and I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. My project was complex, involving a complete rebuild and compliance with strict bylaws, and REMOVEDguided me through every stepdesign, permits, budgeting, and construction. From start to finish, REMOVEDand his team stood out for their excellent communication, detailed planning, and genuine care for the projects success.I really enjoyed working with REMOVED, the senior designer. He was very easy to work with and had great design suggestions. He handled both the building and development permits and worked with the City on what was a honestly a very complex projectand it all turned out beautifully - better than I imagined, and his thoughtful design choices made a huge difference.REMOVED, the project manager, was also fantastic. He kept everything organized, clear, and moving smoothly. We stayed on budget and even ended up ahead of schedule. His communication made the whole process stress-free.And REMOVED, the site supervisor, was amazing on the ground. He was hands-on, detail-oriented, and always made sure the trades worked to a high standard. He was always friendly and easy to talk to.Overall, my experience with REMOVEDwas excellent. The triplex turned out beautifully and I would absolutely recommend REMOVEDand his team at Kerr Construction to anyone considering a renovation, new build or multi-unit conversion. They deliver outstanding quality, communicate honestly, and truly care about the homeowners experience. Im extremely grateful for their work and wouldnt hesitate to work with them again.

  We chose REMOVEDfor our kitchen renovation because we were happy with the work they had done replacing our windows and doors. At the initial meeting REMOVEDand REMOVEDexplained what we should expect. REMOVEDprovided us with a Design Proposal and a construction cost proposal. REMOVEDthe designer, provided suggestions and samples of materials and arranged for us to visit the showroom/factory of the company that manufactured the cabinets. When it was time for demolition to start we were given good notice. Dom, a first year apprentice, prepared the house by protecting the floors and any areas the trades men would be working in. Each day Dom would text me by 7:00 am as to what would be happening that day. At the end of the day everything was left tidy. REMOVED, the project manager, visited to check that things were proceeding as planned. He introduced us to REMOVED, the sight supervisor. REMOVEDarranged for the plumbers, plasterers, electricians and other sub-trades as the work proceeded. He always checked to see if the schedule would work and when I had to go out he always was there to make sure the house was closed up when the trades were done for the day. REMOVEDwould let me know the night before or at 7:00 am in the morning as to what the plans were for the coming day. I really appreciated this and if there was a conflict he was very good at rearranging the schedule. He had movers come and move the large pieces of furniture and everything was well covered to protect from damage or dust. REMOVEDwas very pleasant to work with.The project continued according to schedule. I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and with the effort the entire team put into making it easy for us. All the sub contractors were very good and the schedule always took our needs into consideration.We are very happy with the completed project and with the fact that things went so smoothly. I highly recommend REMOVEDfor home renovations.

  Our project was the redesign, gut, and rebuild of our upper floor, including a remodeled bathroom, additional bedroom, new laundry space and new window. We had a very positive experience with REMOVED. The project went incredibly well, communication was excellent, and we always felt like our project was valued by the company. It was always clear to us that everyone we worked with from REMOVEDwanted to do a superior job, and ensure that we were satisfied.   We recently had a kitchen renovation done by Kerr Design Build and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! The designer , REMOVEDwas fantastic throughout the process and offered excellent suggestions that really elevated the space. The work crews were incredibly talented, and their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. A special shout-out to the site manager, Max, who was absolutely terrific throughout the entire process and to REMOVED, the project manager who was very responsive and easy to deal with.   We renovated our family home into a multigenerational unit this past year using Kerrs full design build services. They knocked it out of the park, from the design process to the final details. Our lead contractor REMOVEDwas caring, communicative, detail oriented. He was always mindful of our budget while coming up with creative solutions to maximize the utility and beauty of our new spaces. REMOVEDtook feedback in stride and was always receptive to our ideas and needs. We always felt included in the process and schedule, and they nailed their timeline! REMOVEDtruly feels like family after the process and we would wholeheartedly recommend them for any size project.

  We had our deck in REMOVEDrebuilt along with planter boxes. REMOVEDwas the lead on the construction ably assisted by REMOVED. They are both excellent carpenters and REMOVEDdid a wonderful job rebuilding an REMOVEDpart of the original deck. We highly recommend Kerr construction and very highly recommend REMOVEDand REMOVED.

  I purchased an apartment, and needed a "one-stop shop" where someone could help me through the whole renovation and design process. I renovated the entire apartment (entryway, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, dining room, and hallways). I researched a few REMOVEDcompanies, and ultimately decided to go with REMOVED. I am happy I made that decision, and am now a repeat-customer of REMOVED. Pros: - responsive to client messages - professional attitude and communication - invoices are clear, so you understand exactly what they are charging you for - respectful of client demands, especially in terms of timing. I purchased my apartment in April of 2021, and needed it to be move-in ready by August of that year (4 months). COVID restrictions were very much still in place and there were disruptions in the distribution chain across almost all industries, yet REMOVEDwas able to meet my timeline.- honest when mistakes are made or when things were missed (no company is perfect), and made clear efforts to correct them.- the construction and design teams are both skilled, experienced and well-connected in the industry.

  We did a major renovation with REMOVEDlast year. We chose them after parting ways with our first contractor.. The reason was for communication. My wife and I were very busy with work, and needed a contractor that understood that, and was able to reposnd to our concerns and needs in a timely manner. REMOVEDpromised to do this, and kept that promise. Communication with them was stellar. We used their design team to help plan out our renos, and REMOVEDand her team were fantastic. we went through many iterations and ideas before landing on our dream design. And REMOVEDwas amazing at intaking our design preferences and coming up with great options for all the major and minor desicions that we had to make.. and there are LOTS of decisions you REMOVEDto make.. She made it so easy for us. no clue how we could have done it without her.. Once we got to construction, we were very lucky to have REMOVEDas our onsite contact. We coulndt have been luckier to have been gifted REMOVEDfor our project. He was honest, straight forward, super knowledgeable, and extremely personable.. An amazing member of the REMOVEDteam (he was promoted to a higher position halfway through our project.. so REMOVEDknew his value.. but he stayed on our project luckily).. The project was a success, and we love our basically brand new home (built in REMOVED, and.. now 2022). REMOVEDhas been very responsive for any adjustments/changes since project completion, and i would not hesitate at all to recommend them for your large REMOVEDprojects.

  We recently hired Kerr Construction/ Design Build to renovate the kitchen in our townhome. We are very happy with our choice and the outcome of the renovation. The steps in their process from start to finish were very clear and transparent. All phases of the project were professional, from design, to construction and post construction. The design team came up with a great design and layout, vastly improving the flow and function. The site manager kept the project on track, and informed us at each step where we were in the process. Overall, we were very impressed with the communication, commitment to our project and attention to details. Our kitchen island, drawers and cabinets were all custom built, and they came out beautifully.We are thankful to the REMOVEDteam for their hard work and high standards in creating an extremely functional and beautiful new kitchen for us.
