5 starsI had my windows installed in October 2022 from Canadian Choice Windows referrals by friend. Myself I never heard of this company,
After I met with Stan B***** one of their sales representative, I decided to have my windows installed without taking more quotes.
Stan is very knowledgeable, efficient, cheerful and most of all very helpful and trustworthy he took his time to explained all types of windows out there for me to choose and understand them. He followed up all questions and concerned I had very quickly.
Day of installation Andrei and his crews were provide great service to us they were on time, windows were installed very quickly great quality job, very helpful and friendly. Our house is an OT few challenges occurred but they took their time and find the way to make it worked.
We are very grateful and much appreciated to know this company has great workers, windows are high quality good workmanship.
Highly recommend.

5 starsWe had a sales rep attend our home to provide information and details for replacement of exterior windows. The sales rep’s name was Adriano. His general appearance was very clean and professional.
Adriano came to our home, on time as discussed and brought along samples for us to review. He provided some different ideas than we first had in mind and supported those ideas with logical explanations as to why we would consider having some windows open a certain way. He further provided samples and ideas to have frosted glass for privacy on windows that would typically be not used for viewing but more so for letting daylight enter the home. For example, the side window of the garage and laundry room on the main level of the home. This never came to mind until he explained the benefits.
The siding of our home is a light cream colour while we had aluminum railings that were black in colour. Adriano further provided a suggestion to have white frames for the windows but have black frames for the sliding doors to our patio which had black accents. Again, this never came to mind. We agreed to have these two different colours to which we are very grateful.
All the windows were installed on the scheduled date, on time without any incidents. They left our home in a clean and tidy manner.
To this day, we strongly recommend the product and services provided by Canadian Choice Windows and Doors, particularly Adriano and his mannerism.

Stan came to my house and was professional and very knowledgeable. He offered us the best rate and answered any questions we had.

Good morning,
We understand the inconvenience is encountering with the one single glass unit that keeps getting replaced. Our management has spoken to the factory to insure that the glass unit will get properly made. The damage on the glass unit is in no way effecting the customers efficiency or use of the window.
The reason the office will not proceed with the refund because according to the contract that has signed, once all of her windows have been installed all other issues fall under services/warranty work. We have always been efficient in completing the requested service for her glass unit that she has encountered issues with. The new service is currently in production to be complete and customer's Glass unit will be replaced once delivered to our Vancouver office. Customer has been informed of this information.Vikash L

Im not asking refund me for the windows I'm asking money for the hardwired sensor got cut during installation even I showed the salesman **** in the installers
