  ***** this company. Signed $59K contract with deposit paid; they demanded $13K more claiming promo expired despite contract terms. Refused to honour the price. Then tried to charge $360 to refund our credit card. Dishonest and unprofessional.

  From start to finish the work was a disaster.They were always late, no communication from the office had to constantly call to find out where they were. Fun fact they are willing to delay a job and make it run over because they had another delivery. This meant that I had to go to an apartment for a third day, cost and time that we will not be seeing again. The job was supposed to take 2 days and was finally finished in 3 with some of the shoddiest work I have even seen. We were using a finance company and we asked they hold off on payment until the work was rectified. They asked for me to send evidence of the work, we sent the 29 photos and they immediately put a hold on the payment.The rudeness of office staff was 2nd to none! I sent through all the images and has no response for 4 days, I then receive a call completely ignoring the images telling me to pay. I am sure if I had not put a hold on the payment that is the last we would have heard. The only way to truly fix the windows would have been to rip them out and start again. We paid extra for grey windows and the frames were so damaged (all corners cracked off) also paint scrapped off on multiple areas on every window, fly screens joins not even meeting.They said they would send a man to fix the windows, I said that there was no way in the world I would have have the installers back and I emailed asking for confirmation they would be here at 10am and who was attending. I received no response and then at 9.30 (in the middle of a meeting) they rang the bell. Who is there, a man with the original installers. They have filled all the cracks with silicon which is not what we paid for, the kitchen window with its unfitting strips has been left. So damaged by the installers I have little confidence in the longevity of the windows. White paint that the spilled over the garden slabs that they did not clean up. I hope no one has to go through the pain with this despicable company.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I start. First off getting to an order was difficult mistake after mistake. I ordered and paid for grey windows when they first arrived they were not coloured at all. All white, they told me no problem they can fix this. Ok no problem lets get it done. Half way through the install we noticed they brought the wrong window for our closet window, not the right shape or size. So we put the old window back. 4 to 6 months later second attempt at this window also wrong. Took 3 tries and about a year to get it right, to top it off they came early for third try and since we weren't home they literally broke into my home. My kids were terrified as they were home at the time hiding in there rooms. During this time they also painted the windows with spray paint that they "use in the factory". Most are done very well but I do have one that is just no good. Its peeling and the vinyl is now starting to warp. Since the vinyl is warping the window is now coming out of its hole. I called in the warranty they came to look at it 3 months later after I called it in, they said we need to order some new parts. So I said no problem let me know when they are in 3 months after that I get a call saying the part is in and they will schedule a visit shortly. That was 9 to 10 months ago. I keep calling asking for an update and keep being told we will call you back tomorrow. NOONE EVERY CALLS BACK!! Now I have a broken window and chipping paint and they are not honoring there warranty. Stay clear of this company

  I told this company that there were NO stickers on the windows and I cannot get my rebates from *******, ** ***** and ******. I have called, emailed and sent texts. No sticker information. I need the numbers on the stickers to get my rebates. *** * ****** ** ***** ****** *** need my rebates. It adds up to thousands of dollars as I put in 9 windows.

  Excellent professional installation. The fellows were very respectful and thoughtful, each step was explained. The work was completed quickly paying attention to every detail. Once finished we had a walk around to each window, the clean up was over and above, I couldnt be happier. I love the new windows and would highly recommend this company along with the two installers.

  We are so happy with our new windows and patio doors. Adriano M****** came over to give us an estimate. He explained exactly what the process would be including the rebate programs the Canadian Choice Windows and Doors qualify for. These windows qualify for Provincial and Federal rebates. We did get other quotes from other companies.
  In our opinion Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was the best company to install our window package. Everything from installation to clean up was handled very professionally. Canadian Choice Windows and Doors is a fantastic company to deal with. We definitely recommend talking to them and getting a quote.

  Extremely unprofessional company.
  After sales service is ridiculously substandard.
  Management refuses to replace defective widow since July 25, 2022.
  We keep getting different excuses from them every time we call them.
  Our decision was based on the endorsement of Brian B*******, whose representative tried to help us. Even he has not been successful after twice contacting the owners in Toronto. ** **** * ***** ********* *** hope this will help others from making the same mistake.

  I would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Adriano our account rep and his team answered all our questions and concerns. I found them to be very professional and through. The installation went very smoothly and Andrei and his team remove the old and installed the new windows and patio door. They were very percise and cleaned up everything. Having these new windows installed has really added warmth and quietness to our house. This is a quality product and they did a great job. I am very satisfied and happy I went with Anriano and Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.
