    the windows ok the install terrible and for 4 years the windows have leaked call them to fix all they did was add caulking they should have never installed the windows if felt frame not good now the in side of windows and house get wet .. i have been complaining about it now they do not answer terrible company last installer came pulled the huge wad of silicone/cauliking off says the wood rotten duhhhh no thanks to them !! i have 4 years of photos and emails to prove it

    My windows are in the proccess of being replaced by the company. I am hoping that the company will deliver the *********************** as promised by ****** who came to assessed & measured windows. I will follow up with review update soon as company delivers their promise.
