5 starsWe have used this service twice and both times we were treated very kindly.
True North did all the heavy lifting and we got a good return both times.
I must admit I was skeptical at first but they really came through for us.
True North only charges 20% whereas another company wanted to charge us 33%..

5 starsI cannot begin to express how impressed and indebted I am to the True North team. It took over a year of relentless time and work on their part. And in some cases daily calls to my previous doctor to remind them of paper work needing to be filed. And like it has been for so many people these past few years, juggling new normals, and trying to be productive at home with our kids home a lot more, I often wouldn't have what they needed from me by the time the team would check in again, and not ONCE did they ever make me feel like I was a burden, or push me to get things done more quickly than I was able to. Honestly, they could bring me to tears thinking about it. I wish I could thank you to your faces, and truly show my appreciation for the dedication you showed to me. I know it seems too good to be true, but I'm telling you. If there is money left on the table that's owed to you; they'll damn well turn over every rock and find it! From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I've never been more happy to through my money at anyone for the work they've done. Truly, it isn't enough to cover the time you put in! this process but they did it all for me and made it one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. Great communication, answered all of my questions and kept me informed along the way. Their payment is so reasonable considering what they did. I will highly recommend them to others

5 starsI was at a vulnerable time in my life and had to apply for so many things. True North was professional. Answered all my questions. Worked with my doctors to get the paperwork put in correctly the first time. Their communication with you was excellent. I knew what was happening all the time. They followed up and then sent you an email or call to give you the update. Thank You True North for being a guiding light and handling everything.
If you are in doubt. Try them. If they get no money back for you. You pay nothing. They only charge 20 percent if they succeed in getting you something. So you have nothing to loose.
