    We own 15 Premium Invention V3 4G cameras, 5 since Jul ’22 & 10 more since Sept ‘22. Seven of our 15 cameras do not function. We contacted Premium Invention Customer Support in Sept ‘22 when issues began with our first 5 cameras. At times, Premium Invention ignores phone calls, voicemails, and emails for weeks at a time before replying. First, they blamed the SIM cards. We replaced the SIM Cards. They blamed the SIMs twice more before acknowledging they had been replaced. Then they insisted that manually resetting the cameras would fix the problem. We manually reset the cameras twice over two trips. 1 camera won’t reset at all, the other 6 reset and turn off within minutes. In Nov ‘22, Support requested that we download the “log file” from the SD cards of the malfunctioning cameras since reset won’t work. The log files were emailed to support. Two weeks later, after no contact from support, we reached out and were informed that “the engineering team cannot identify the problem” and that they need us to perform this process again. In early Dec ‘22, we made the trip to download the log files AGAIN for the cameras that aren’t even working! The files were provided to Support on 12/27/22. Premium Invention acknowledged receipt and thanked us for our efforts the same day. 01/30/2023, more than four weeks later, we have received no contact from Premium Invention. We feel that they are refusing to correct our issue. Our cameras are installed at two locations in two different states. We are 4 months without 7 cameras, thousands of miles traveled, thousands of dollars spent, and 10’s of hours invested into doing everything support has asked of us, without a single effort of repair, replacement, or refund. Premium Invention seems to be delaying until the warranty period is up. We need intervention and others to be aware of this problem. In the beginning, we just wanted functioning cameras. We no longer trust Premium Invention to honor their product and now we want a refund.
