    I agree with other reviews. The batteries are useless and the customer support is a biggest joke ever. stay away from these frauds. Just above a year and the batteries are blown up. CHEAP PRODUCT marketed as premium. YOU ARE NOT PREMIUM INNOVATION, YOU ARE THE WORST TRASH EVER. I would recommend **** over these frauds.

    This is the standard copy paste response you are giving to everyone. Please stop selling your cameras as it's a scam. I've been using Eufy cams and never ever had any battery issues in last 2 years. Their app reliability is also better. Just because of that experience, i am bringing this awareness to other customers who do not fall for this trap and waste their money. I regret my decision of buying your cam which will stop working just within a year. So pathetic and super cheap quality material.

    Purchased a $249.00 unit 1 year ago. Goes dead during evening and batteries are ok. No response from customer service in 3 days. Going to purchase a new camera but rest assured it will not be from premium inventions. Very disappointed in the longevity of product. **************** is an absolute joke. There is none. This company promises great service but does not perform. Ad says great battery life but cant last 2 hours when dark. Will never never buy again!!!

    We have checked with our customer support team and we have promptly responded to all of your email inquiries.

    Please note that batteries are considered consumable items and depending on how your camera is being used and its location, batteries can easily deteriorate. Deep discharges, heat, vibration, fast charging, power load vs. capacity, and overcharging may all accelerate the "aging" process.

    On the email thread, our support team suggested you charge the camera for up to 24 hours or replace the batteries. We have sent you an email with the battery specifics 7 days ago but have yet to receive any response from you.
