    First, it took them 5 days to "find" the prescription my doctor faxed them. 3 days later, they gladly took $850 out of my bank account. I waited for a shipping notice for about a week and then started a chat with customer service and was told the same thing as everyone else here - They have contacted shipping, but still haven't heard back. I asked every day and got the same answer. Nobody could tell me anything, ever! It is now 27 days since my order was faxed and the medication has long left my system, which makes it dangerous for me to take the higher dose that my doctor ordered for me. 4 days ago, I got a shipping notification. I've tracked it daily and all they did was print a ***** label. The status is ***** is still waiting for the package to be ready to pick up. I will be saving $75 per month on this medication (if it ever arrives), but saving that much isn't even worth the aggravation I am going through. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

    My order arrived late, ice packs were warm. Injected two doses to no effect. My doctor and my pharmacy both advised I stopped taking it. Also inspected packaging and found it suspect.Requested a supervisor who called and suggested I needed a higher dose and that she would have someone call back within two days. No one called. Instead I received a satisfaction survey and a survey about whether or not I had received the product. Many, many emails back and forth, but no one seems to be in charge.I've disputed the charge on my credit card and they are investigating. A letter from my doctor accompanies all the documentation.

    I believe they try to be responsible but my experience is that they do not have an adequate system to accommodate their sales. I have had two experiences with orders and subsequent conversations dropping between the cracks and although each time they are apologetic, it doesn't get fixed. I won't order again.

    I placed an order and was charged but I have still not received the order several weeks later. I was charged for the order immediately. I have called multiple times and have been told they needed a new prescription. I uploaded multiple times and was told they did not have it, I asked to cancel the order and now am waiting to see if they cancel it and return my money.HELP!

    My experience mirrors the ones below. This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. They can process your payment immediately -- as in, same day -- but try getting it back from their greedy hands! I called first and was told my medication was in stock, but it still had not arrived a month later. A 2nd call, and they said the medication was actually "out of stock" -- whoops!, a slight oversight -- but it would not ship immediately. Short version: a total of 3 months later, probably 10 calls and emails, no medication and no refund. All you ever get is an "I understand" and a "Please wait ***** hours while we look into the problem." It's a stall tactic; and they will keep at it a million times. I only got saved because they are SO incompetent that they actually forgot to formalize my payment. It was still listed as "pending" with my credit card, so I was able to cancel it. I also closed that account so this company could not try to re-bill me. Buyer, BEWARE!

    Was told numerous times that the drug I need is in stock and awaiting shipment. Over a week later, after numerous phone calls, they now say it's out of stock and I still haven't been refunded. *****

    ******** ***** have called multiple times to see why my order has not been shipped after paying $333.00. Keep getting the same old excuse that that need to contact the shipping department and will let me know the the update info. They will not let me cancel my order and refund my money and I still have no product. I would leave zero stars if I could

    Incredibly slow with many emails, started in August still waiting for drugs to arrive, Cancelled the balance of the order.
    Never use them again.
