    The owner and his helper put a high efficiency furnace in my mother in law's home 10 years ago and bc the furnace was not sloped right at install the moisture collected at the back end and eventually rusted out the heat exchanger. They were eventually called back to slope it right but they charged $180 for something they should have done from the start but it was too late and the damage done. This last time they came to look they did in fact determine that the exchanger is leaking CO gas and said they would fix it under warranty since it had a lifetime warranty. But since then they have ghosted my calls refusing to pu his personal or company line. Also when they insalled the drain line into her sink they did not add an acid nitrifying trap so the discharge ate away her sink.They also did not pull a permit to do the job as a licences contractor.I'll have to see where this all goes but my mother in law has not had heat for a month now and i hope they do the right thing but not looking promising since they won't even answer my calls and keep me updated.This has been my experience with this company so be warned.
