"The owner and his helper put a high efficiency furnace in my mother in law's home 10 years ago and bc the furnace was not sloped right at install the moisture collected at the back end and eventually rusted out the heat exchanger. They were eventually called back to slope it right but they charged $180 for something they should have done from the start but it was too late and the damage done." ... Read full review
