5 starsTo be honest, it wasnt my plan to stop in here, but I was getting my vehicle worked on just down the street once I got in the gentleman who helped me. Was just generally a good guy and very helpful. I gotta say he knew thing about mattresses any question I asked theres was no hesitation. He knew exactly what he was talking about. Not only did he help me he gave me a great deal on the mattress. He even came by my place and measured out my bed to make sure the measurements were right. You dont see people go out of their way to come to your house and do that just amazing Service from all the people who work there once again, thank you guys very much for what you guys did. Not trying to talk them up just go there and youll see what Im talking about. Just generally good people with good productsReview fromSandy N

5 starsExcellent buying experience. Phoned from ******* and spoke with ***** about what we needed to accomplish on a tight time schedule. My sister was moving from her condo to a seniors residence so timing was important. Everything from purchase of the bed and mattress, to delivery and assembly went as planned and promised. 5 starsVery happy with both the service at time of sale, ****** was great, and the delivery. In addition the delivery cost to Kamloops was reasonable and the guys were very helpful and patient with me while I learned how my cabinet bed worked. ***** followed up with me and was able to solve the problem I had with remembering the steps to close.Review fromJennie H

5 starsThe people from the sales desk to delivery of my cabinet bed where very professional and helpful. Raman on the sales desk helped me select my item and then I had to change my delivery date and Raman and ***** helped with that. (My visitors came early so needed a rush delivery). ***** and ********* delivered my cabinet bed on a Friday afternoon to the ************** on the ferry. (They could not get reservations, but waited in line to meet my changed requirements). The bed was put into the room and instructions on use where given (no scratches on wall or floor) and all with a simile. The group of people I dealt with went above and beyond to supply a great product. Many thanks to them.

Delivery of the new mattress and pickup of our old one was efficient and a much-appreciated service.
