5 starsThey installed a ductless system for our upstairs bedroom. four years ago Coastal Energy replaced our heat pump and furnace...very professional and courteous. The reason we called them back for the ductless system was because of the great job done with heat pump for years ago. We were not disappointed! I highly recommend these folks.Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsWe just had our heat pump installed in our old "quirky' house. We had a number of quotes from companies that said due to it's age and layout it was very challenging-they also gave very high quotes.
We connected with Coastal and Angelo came up with ideas that no one else had. He gave us a quote that was great and assisted us with our numerous questions.
The installers - Chris and Santiago - were professional, quick, prompt and again answered our numerous questions professionally and patiently.
The office staff-Shelby- is prompt, professional and knowledgeable regarding grants, rebates and questions about the specific heat pump.

5 starsLoving my new central heat pump. The install was quick and easy. It has been rrunning for about 3 weeks now, and it looks like it is going to cut my entire electric bill in half vs my 27 year old resistance electric furnace. By my estimate it is using about 1/3 of the electricity the old furnace did. But more importantly, it is a much more consistent and comfortable heat. No more 3 degree swings, the new heat pump maintains a precise temperature 24x7, making thw whole house noticably more comfortable. The timing was perfect, as we just got a few days of below freezing weather. It kept up with -5 and -7 lows with no problem at all. It is a big investment, so my expectations were high, and so far they are being met. Thankyou Coastal!Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsCoastal Energy installed a Fujitsu heat pump this week. All of the installers that were here were courteous, diligent and very knowledgeable. Where there were challenges, they acted expeditiously and inventively to resolve the issues as they arose. I cannot fault them in any way at all and would happily refer anyone who asks to Coast Energy. Gold stars all around!Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsFrom the initial sales call through every phase of the installation and commissioning of our ducted heat pump system, including helping us understand the Canada Greener Homes Grant qualification requirements, Coastal Energy gave us the best customer service we have experienced in decades. 5 starsThe installers of our heat pumps were warriors given that they completed all the outdoor work (which included climbing ladders to a third floor) during a snow storm and below freezing temperatures. Despite the weather conditions, the job was performed timely and professionally and the details of our new system were clearly explained. I would highly recommend Coastal Energy.Coastal Energy Ltd.

The employees who installed all aspects of our heat pump were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of our time and our property.
