    This company is the courier company used by ********* for "free" deliveries as part of the Amazon Prime subscription. Their usual procedure is to send an email advising that a package is enroute. The packages are to delivered to the doorstep and upon completion, an email is sent along with a photo proving the item has been delivered. On two separate occasions, we have found packages dumped and abandoned on the road near the entrance to our rural property. In both cases, there was also no delivery email and confirmatory photo, suggesting that the dumping of packages was deliberately concealed. The driver names in each case were different, indicating this was not the actions of a single individual. I called the contact number for the company call center and was advised they would forward my concerns to the drivers, but suggested I needed to contact the vendor for further complaints. based on the litany of complaints voiced in various forums, I am concerned that this is more widespread problem. Notwithstanding the anecdotal accounts of poor service, I am bringing forward a complaint based on my own first-hand objective experience.

    They keep lying say they are attempting to deliver packages. The truth is they don't have drivers and are not attempting. Fraudulent claims so they don't get in trouble. Blaming customers. Ongoing problems.

    Delivery driver called to inform me my package was there and asked me to come and pick it up downstairs. I informed him I was at work and to use the intercom, I'd buzz him in. I then got an email notification around ten minutes later stating that I'd 'refused delivery' and my items were being sent back to the merchant. I at no point had actually refused delivery, this was a fraudulent claim, and no attempt was made to simply leave a pick-up notice at a designated pick-up location nearby. I've now had to reorder the items, with some now increasing in price and some risking not arriving before the date I need them.
