  After being told that they could do wonders with concrete. We chose to trust a very small project to them. Knowing so many things could hinder our old driveway from being *******d we proceeded.Unfortunately they were not able to ******* our driveway. We were not contacted and asked if we would like the crack that was existing filled for an extra fee of course. They just left it. Then we received an email saying, they had done a complimentary grinding of or sunken drive to elleviate a lip in the concrete. But there is still an uneven surface! They were not able to ******* our driveway, charged us full price but said that they gave us a free grind. I was going to grind the lip myself untill they instisted they could fix it. They didn't offer to fix the crack that was already there but has now opened up more during there process. A request was also made for them to align our small three section side walk after they leveled it. With nothing. Overall not a great experience . But they tried!
  

  On The Level Concrete Correction

  Were sorry to hear you were not happy with your lift. We try very hard to manage our customers expectations, both in person, on the phone and through detailed work orders that explain every aspect of the job. In your case, you had a broken piece of concrete under your garage door that was lifting along with the driveway and we had to stop lifting to prevent damage to your garage door. Because we werent able to align the concrete perfectly, we did a complimentary grinding of the concrete to reduce the uneven edges for you. Regarding your comment that you were not contacted and asked if we would like the existing crack filled, Im afraid thats not true. Please review your estimate and work order and youll see there is a line item right on the estimate and work order letting you know that this option is available to you but must be specified. We go to a lot of effort to meet our customers expectations, including sending the work order prior to every lift for the final once-over by the customer. I personally spoke with you and asked you to review the work order and make sure it aligns with your expectations and to let me know of any changes. Had you wanted crack fill added to the work order, wed have been happy to oblige. Im sorry your experience with us was not great. I note in our project file you sent us a message: We thank you for the reply, even on a weekend, wow! So I am glad to know that were cheered by our efforts to be responsive to our customers. Regarding your comment that you requested for us to align your three small pieces of sidewalk with nothing, we had a lengthy conversation about this prior to your lift and we explained that although we can lift or tip slabs, we cannot move them sideways, which is what wed need to do to align the edges of the three sidewalk slabs. We offered to cut the edges of the slabs to straighten them for you but you indicated they were already more narrow than you preferred and declined this option. Its unfortunate that you were not present when we did the lifthad you been there, you could have raised concerns directly with our technicians. Our customers satisfaction is important to us. We followed up with an email outlining how the job went and inviting you to contact us any time if you had concernsbut we never heard from you. Had you given us a call, wed have been happy to address your concerns.
