5 starsBefore I start, to address the review by ****** (2/5) : the crack filling option is indeed an indicated optional (extra fee) line item on the work order you receive before and on your receipt afterwards. If you choose to decline that option they forward complimentary instructions to your given email so that you can fill it yourself. Now to my review:From first contact to final result every employee at on the level concrete was customer oriented and easy to deal with, very professional. Calling in and requesting a free quote was easy. The first inspection was easy and the inspector was very polite and informative of what they could do and what wasn't possible. I was present for the execution of the job and they addressed any and all concerns I had. They also lifted a small section that was not indicated on the work order without additional charge. Some voids near the edges of my sidewalk couldn't be fully voided without shooting foam out at *****+ psi (as explained by the technician )but as long as 90%+ of my slab is supported that's all that mattered to me. I will definitely recommend the company to family, friends, and coworkers. Thank you again for such an easy and stress free experience.On The Level Concrete Correction
