  A simple recaulking job of 4 windows has not even started after 3 appointments and over a month of waiting. At the first appointment the employee came out without a long ladder. They were told some windows were 2 stories up. Second appointment was cancelled by Ecoline the night before. Third appointment again they did not have a long enough ladder. The installers revealled that overbooking occurs so often, it's become a company joke. The office lies to cover up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  Do not use this company! We replaced 9 windows and a door and have had NOTHING but problems with them. One of our windows is completely defective and falling apart and our door is sagging and falling away from the wall and looks like complete c*** Theyve come out multiple times to fix issues but are refusing to replace the $4,000 door and $3,000 window. They instead want to bring out replacement parts and piece it together which theyve tried already many times to no avail. Seriously, do not use this company unless you want to have nothing but headaches.

  Ordered doors , paid in full,got the doors with low handles , asked to change it company said they would. Some people came to change it and realized it was wrong door then left to come back with new door panels. Tons of emails in 3 years we are scammed 7K by a company who does anything but resolving simple mistake it made! Very irresponsible. I can't believe this business is in market with this mind set!!

  Excellent quality work done by the installer. The windows are high quality products, work well and look professional. The installer arrived on time and worked well, did a professional job, went above and beyond what was necessary to complete the job in a most friendly manner. Replaced 9 windows and a patio door. The job site was left in a very clean way. All old material was taken away. The installed reviewed each window and explained and showed how they worked. Very satisfied with their professional work.

  Ecoline Windows office person was very rude. I had paid the deposit as requested. The office person then she said that we had to pay for our new windows "in full" before they would install them. I paid extra the amount she demanded. Her tone implied that I was trying to get out of paying. I paid the extra amount. The workers came and did the installation but some windows were left unsightly. They were without trim for about 5 weeks. Finally the workers returned to install the trim. It was the wrong size on the downstairs windows. They said that I had to **** the windows and mud, tape and sand the strip that wasn't covered. I refused!! I'm a 74 year old female with a hip problem and my husband recently had a stroke. I told them to install the right sized trim. Despite having "paid in full" a further amount was demanded. The office person had misspoken when she gave us the amount to pay. We spent some time going over our records and agreed to pay a further small amount. This was their error, the windows appear to be fine, the workmanship is questionable. The attitude is very very poor.

  This is my third time using Ecoline Windows for the replacement of an old, wooden framed, unopen able living room windows in rental properties. I am once again satisfied with the company - they have very good customer service, create timely price quotations, provide excellent energy efficient window product options and have a knowledgeable, efficient installation crew. They did a great job and the replacement living room window looks great. It is nice to have openable side window panels and the window certainly improves the street appeal of the house as well.

  Very happy with my new windows. They look good both inside and out. ****** was my sales representative, very knowledgeable on the product and available grants. The installers were professional and very efficient. The office staff have always been pleasant and efficient as well. My neighbour told us about his Ecoline windows and they sent him $100.00. I would definitely recommend Ecoline windows for the pricing, communication and efficiency.

  Excellent value and quality. We're super happy with the install process as well as with the products. The crew came in and did the whole house, replacing twelve windows, in just one day: including a large picture window. Fantastic.We chose Eco Line because of their well seen presence. We see their vehicles all over the place frequently.I don't think one can go wrong choosing Eco Line.

  I had terrible experience with Ecoline Windows. While the manufactured windows seem to have **********, their workmanship and customer service are shockingly subpar.See my full review here ************************************* Ecoline Windows owes ** $1200 to hire someone to fix the damaged floor caused by them but doesn't want to pay for it
