Excellent work very impressed. The people at Ecoline Windows were very organized and professional. They were not pushy at any point during the process and very professional. I am very pleased with the installation of my bedroom windows and back door. I have recently called Ecoline again to complete additional windows which should be done this summer. I highly recommend the company.

I contacted Ecoline for a rear entry door quote in March 2024, as one of 4 quotes. They came in with what I felt was the fairest, as they included the painting of the door for the same as other quotes without it. **** helped us choose a door and offered a good selection of opaque glass. We were set for installation sometime in June (which was industry standard on all quotes - even though the time line shocked me). The best part, is they had the door ready a month earlier than expected. They came on time for delivery, installed it efficiently and did more than I expected by cleaning up the extended threshold that was not to be a part of the job. They cleaned up ,were polite and surpassed my expectations. The door looks beautiful.Ecoline Windows Calgary

2 starsWe dealt with Ecoline three years ago and were happy then. I ordered new doors and windows from them and am very disappointed now. Their new policy is that they won't begin work until they have the full payment, which, after this instance, I understand, as I would have withheld payment until our doors were correctly installed. With multiple issues, we have yet to be able to get the salesperson, the service department, or their scheduler to contact us.Review fromElizabeth M

4 starsWe had new doors installed in April 2023 and have now gone through a summer and a winter season. We are very happy with the doors as we have noticed a definite difference in the insulation quality. We stay cooler in summer and warmer in winter. My only disappointment was that they didn't leave our original trim for the inside of one door. I had planned to reinstall it as it was solid wood and so I had to go out and buy, measure, cut and install new material that isn't the quality that my original trim was. The door in question also required some difficult working of the wood because of how close it is to an inside wall, so the original trim would have come in really handy. I'm not sure why this happened as the trim for the front door was left with us so I was able to reuse it. Oh well, ****** learned, I should have paid closer attention to what was happening.Review fromSam G
