    This company is a faulty company they always deal their customers unfair when it comes to the terms for warranty oh my god rudeness overloaded very poorly customer care.speak to one gave me the value of my dishwasher way less then what I purchased second one same thing using same tactics saying *** going in circles what else you giong to speak to them when dealing with your warranty don't want to fix my dishwasher and not negotiating with the value of dishwasher that I paid for she hang up on me.third one same thing but was understand and talk nicely .now what have to phone them back in a week since they don't care about their customers.

    King and State warrenty company are Absolutely the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. Will not honour warranty claim, will not forward your calls to a supervisor or manager, will not return your calls. I have reached out to them 4 times with the same song and dance with zero resolution. The service writers have s script to follow when they talk with you and cannot provide any kind of customer service. Another example of a warrenty company s******* over the customer. Buyers you better be aware, save your money on purchasing extended warrenty and take your chances on the product being a good product and save your money
