    Bought a dishwasher that broke. Their technician from King & State confirmed it was not repairable. I had paid $540 for an extended warranty but only received $290 back toward a replacement that costs nearly $900. I was told the rest had to come out of my own pocket—plus I had to pay for installation and disposal. These extended warranties make no sense. It feels like the company and the system are just profiting off customers. I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone. A complete waste of money.

    King and state warranty seems like ********. I have been looking for thousands reviews, they were all identical. And its my turn to leave my experience with them. Bought a TV from *** *****, and Tv was blacked out while were watching. I contacted them and sent picture and videos. Its been 5 days now and no responds. When I called them this morning a lady from Customer Representative was only able to say your TV seemed affected by a damage. She didnt know what she was talking about. I was like send a technician and lets find out if there a damage or even scratch on my TV. If so I will be responsible for your and my services. They said NO. All I want to say is ************ is absolutely ******** and thousands people are complaining the same from ********. *******, ****** and so. I have learnt my lessons and will never ever pay any warranty provided by them and I already let the community know about them.

    The service is horrible you call and they dont answer and they dont even help. The business is not good at all. Weve been having problems with the fridge for so many years and Ive been going to Leons and I called the number King of State for help and there is nobody that will help Very very, very horrible. I dont recommend anybody to shop at *****.

    I can't tell you in words how horrible they are ! **** and State are absolutely a joke, waste of money. I learned a ****** the hard way! I will never purchase any appliances that have warranty through king and state.Its been 4 weeks without a fridge and plus a couple more weeks on wait because we need to order another fridge, our fridge its a specific size and of course they don't have in stock. I have a family of 6 in the house, now try to live for weeks on end without a fridge witch this is absolutely insane. The technician has come 5 times to the house after they replaced the parts the fridge would work for 1 or 2 day, then stops working again, we have food back in the fridge and to discover the next day food is thaw out the freezer. Vegetable and fruit being in a fridge that is not working for over 12 hours. I had to through out meat 3 times out from the freezer and multiple items from the fridge, did not want to take the risk of freezing the meat again and get sick . Shame on the warranty company for treating clients like they do! I am planning on going farther with this matter because no one deserves to deal with losers like king and state. Save your money instead of getting warranty.

    My refrigerator stopped working and it is not expected to be repaired for another month!!!! How can you live without a refrigerator?? What is this slow and unprofessional service?? You know only taking money and giving minimal service is no longer in your capacity?? If I had known that this was the service you offer, I would never have paid for a warranty with you! It's a joke!

    Horrible service. Paid for the diamond warranty when we purchased over 100 appliances. Called endlessly and emailed to get services put through. Tenants then get mad at you as the landlord when you have no control over their lack of care. This company needs better training in order to provide proper services like the ones the consumer is paying for. The agents dont take accountability and management never calls back, after several requests.

    About 4 years ago I bought a washer machine from **** ********* with a 4 years extended warranty with king and state insurance. Then about January 2024 I had issues with my washer. I made a complaint on king and state warranty, then I never heard from them for about 4 months. I called them, the girls who answered said that they have technical issues with their system thats why they dont know if they answered to me or not!!!! lol its strange, isnt it?! They scheduled an appointments with the technician, 1 time, 2nd time , 3rd time, 4th time and the 5th time. Every time they says needs to order a part. They replace all the parts of my machine, mostly then my machine still not working! Waaaouh ! How can happen this ?!After all this harassment they decided to give me a credit of 400 ish . I said no the warranty state a replacement, they said be a I purchased a pro-ratted product! Then when I checked the booklet warranty and the receipt from **** , I send an email to say that you are wrong I bought a non pro-rated product. Then they apologized and offered me a 849 dollars (the amount I bought it before taxes) and they asked me to call **** to help me to purchase a new machine! Witch I did multiple time but **** refuse to reduce the price of the machine that cost now with special price 1149 before taxes. The **** ask me to call king and state insurance and this insurance ask me to call ****, so going back and forth without any ones help! And both of them ignoring me now. The king and state refuse even to pay the taxes. The booklet contract state that if 3 times without repair they order a replacement to the retailer!! lol you kidding me! Not only they refuse to pay for taxes but also they gave 30 days expiration for the credit. Its not mentioned this on the contract!

    If i could rate ZERO i would. Biught washer dryer combo plus fridge from leons. Told extended warranty was best. I now have a washer leaking and main board not wirking . Its not even 2 years old. 6 weeks now wauting for repair. *** came looked at it ..never moved it. And said i have to order parts..another 3 weeks. They knew EXACTLY what was wrong with it. So they get paid for 2 service calls? Not to mention the repair guy looked like he never seen a shower for weeks. Totally unprofessional. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!!!

    We purchased a washing machine from The Brick with extended warranty and when we had to make a claim, we found out it was with King & State Warranty. Called The ***** and they forwarded me to *** and they told me it would take a week for a tech to come out for a visit. The tech said it was a lid latch problem which was common in this model and it also affected the circuit board behind the dial and he would replace both but couldn't come back for a week as that was his only time out where we lived.Tech said one part was in stock and the other wasn't and he would order it and come back the following week. After a week I called K&S and they said the part had not arrived in their warehouse but would put in an expedited request for a search for where that part was in transit and get back to me in 72 hours. 5 days go by and they never called so I called them. I asked about the expedited request and they acknowledged it but said they still did not know where my part was and wouldn't know until they received it at their warehouse???I can't believe they wouldn't be able to track their shipments??? We're selling our washer and buying a new one. CAVEAT: never take an extended warranty as the store that sells it to you outsources their warranty repairs to shady companies. Do your homework first.
