You can buy tires with confidence from Tiremaxx Ltd. We will accept returns up to 2 days after purchase of the tires when you bring the original receipt with you. If you are not happy with the tires for any reason, return them to us for a full refund! Tires cannot be used or installed. Buying tires should be easy and hassle free. Our goal is to make buying tires a great experience while supplying the largest tire selection at the best prices.   Workmanship and Materials All Tires are warranted against defects in workmanship and material and will be replaced 100% free of charge for the initial warranty period which is the first 2/32” (1.6mm) of original usable tread life (depth to wear bar), or within 12 months from the period of purchase, whichever comes first.   Mileage Tread Wear Warranty To be eligible for a claim under this type of warranty, the tires must have worn evenly and must be down to the final 2/32nds inch (1.6mm) of tread (depth to wear bar). In order to have your claim approved, you’ll have to show service records proving the tires were rotated regularly, according to the manufacturer’s recommendation. Selected Tires are assigned a mileage warranty that protects the consumer against premature tread wear. If a tire reaches the end of its “usable tread life” (depth to wear bar) before the stated mileage warranty, the consumer will be issued a replacement tire on a prorated basis, which means the consumer will be responsible for a percentage of the replacement cost. In order to maintain tread wear warranty, all tires must be rotated at least every 6,000 to 8,000 miles (10,000 to 13,000km). Failure to rotate or provide adequate records of rotating voids the mileage warranty. Under all circumstances, the cost of mounting, balancing and any other service charges including applicable taxes are required to be paid by the consumer.     What Isn't Covered under warranty   1. Tires that become unserviceable due to: Conditions resulting from road hazards, such as (A) impact damage, (B) cuts, (C) snags, or (D) punctures. Conditions such as, but not limited to, uneven, cupping, feathering tread wear resulting from (A) improper installation, (B) wheel misalignment, (C) tire/wheel assembly imbalance, (D) use of an improper rim, (E) improper mounting or dismounting or (F) misapplication. Conditions resulting from consumer damage, such as (A) improper tire and vehicle maintenance, (B) misuse, (C) abuse, (D) accident, (E) under inflation, (F) overloading and (G) over inflation. 2. Use in any off-road applications. (exclude off road tires) 3. Tires that are: Worn unevenly and/or show a difference of 2/32” (1.6mm) between the grooves. Altered in any manner (additional sipping, buffing, stud pin holes, re-grooving, truind, etc.). 4. Installation and/or any service charges incurred during installation. 5. Racing / Competition tires in anything other than new condition. 6. No road hazard warranty coverage. 7. No Uniformity warranty coverage 8. NO mileage warranty coverage on winter tire due to build with softer tread compounds that stay flexible and grippy even in very cold weather. 9. No mileage coverage on commercial purpose (Taxi, Uber, Food delivery, Couriers)  Customers are requested to abide by the terms and conditions of use set forth herein.
