    Disappointing Experience as a Tenant Sharing for Transparency This review is based entirely on my personal experience as a former tenant of a property managed by Envision Property Management.I moved out of the unit on March 1, 2025. During my time there, I experienced a number of issues the most serious being a slip-and-fall incident inside the building caused by wet flooring with no signage. I suffered a back injury, missed work, and am still undergoing treatment, including physiotherapy. Ive provided medical documentation and a lost wage statement to their insurer.After moving out, I personally referred several qualified individuals to take over my lease, yet none were accepted. Despite the unit being re-rented as of April 1, I was not refunded my damage deposit. Ive received no meaningful communication or resolution regarding this.When I posted a review reflecting my experience, it was repeatedly removed possibly due to being flagged. Ive revised this version to comply with Googles policies in hopes of ensuring transparency for future tenants.This is an honest and factual account of what I went through. I hope it helps others make an informed decision.
