Corporation complaint against Property Manager due to lack thereof service, negligence resulting in fines to the Corporation and above all the added stress and workload burden from Envision to the Corporation. -Stemming from prior property manager's unexpected resignation in September 2020, the transition of our property to new hire from Sep to Dec 2020 was not well received by the Corporation. A call was made to ******************* (OWNER) in December 2020 to voice our concerns, request changes be made and/or step in. I had some hope things would turn around however our Corporations affairs from Jan July 2021 overseen by *** were a faade which ultimately lead to our decision to serve the Termination Notice in August 2021 -We did not appreciate our Corporation represented in such unprofessional manner internally with owners and externally with vendors. Times when excerpts from emails where simply copied and pasted without any regard or attention to detail and the manner Envision communicated with our vendors when they didnt like what they heard (*********** **** *********. -Envision took nil initiative in board meetings and the majority of times it felt as though the Corporation was reporting to Envision and constantly having to follow up whether things were being taken care of, actioned and/or progressed. The Corporation lost all confidence that matters of annual contract renewals, routine maintenance and/or request(s) made by the Corporation would have been taken care of had I not stepped in -Waste Management: ********* identified the concerns of fines early on in 2020. Where things fell short was when *** incurred 2x $*** garbage/recycling bin replacements without approval/direction from the board to do so and when challenged said we would receive a refund for 1 bin but never followed through to execute. *** also did not follow thru on adding the additional weekly pick up for over 3 months allowing further fines to be charged to the Corporation.
