    From **** and ***. We had a plugged kitchen sink drain and We called the emergency number and got ***** on call. We said it wasn't an emergency and He said He could come by the next day. ***** showed up earlier then We expected and listened to everything We said about when it happened 6 years ago.(**** The Plumber fixed it then) . ***** came in and got the job done in record time and did a great clean-up. Thank You ***** and **** The Plumber.We would give a 10 star rating if We could.

    We tried to save some money by purchasing a toilet from ******* over the years, we got tired of it plugging up and flushing all by itself (with no one in the room!). We finally broke down and ordered our third *************** from **** the Plumber and we are SO glad that we did. This thing just works. As all of **************************************** staff, *** did an excellent job of the install (they have also done our high-efficiency furnace and our tankless hot water system), completely without drama, extra charges or fuss of any kind. The price was absolutely fair, and we even purchased a replacement soft-close seat for our ensuite (don't know how we missed that earlier...) - but *** had on on his truck and installed it immediately without any extra charge. We highly recommend **** the Plumber for any heating or plumbing needs you may have.

    Thank you *****, for your excellent customer service.**** the ********************** came through with flying colors.Our trouble started Fri at **** pm the water heater died.I called the company that put in the new furnace their emergency number gave all the info etc. Said they would have someone call asap.By *** at 1pm No one call I call the emergency number the person who answered was not nice worst customer service. 30 mins later a man called and said they don't do weekend emergency app.Unbelievable why did ***************** not say that when i called Fri.Well **** the Plumber came to the rescue and I must say I was pleased.In and out in 1 hr and 15 mins great service Thank you *****.*****
