    I want to thank ********** ***.****,and **** great job on my Ac install vey clean efficient and lots of detail to the customer experience ******** showed up on time on the scheduled service date ,they were very professional and left on time and on budget and more importantly with a smile on my face they were very efficient and did a fantastic job ,the after clean up when completed was second to none.Thanks and much appreciated ***** ***** *******************************************

    I called a few places an none had the positive interactions that Pete the Plumber had. From MIchelle (sp) handling my call and questions, and Levi ***** doing the install. Both were very friendly and personable. On top of the competitive pricing, the experience is one I will refer others to. Thank you.

    Needed emergency repair for a sewer clog and was told it would be 7 days before they could fix it. Only option for immediate repair was emergency repair at triple the cost. Does not help repeat customers or help seniors in time of need.

    We are sorry to hear that our regular service appointments were to far out for your needs. Unfortunately we only had after hours availability at the time of your call. Our after hours appointments are charged at a higher rate, but not 3x the price of our regular service. We appreciate all feedback and hope that we can work with you again.

    Have used **** the Plumber for years and have had great professional service from them.. Recently their technician, ****, replaced 3 toilets in our home. ****, a very nice fellow, did an excellent job.

    May 15, 2024 we had **** the Plumber worker install us a hot water heater. Couldn't have been happier with installation and removal of tank. Very professional service and was surprised and pleased with the price. They also gave us a senior discount. It took 2 hours or less and he was here at estimated time of 12 noon. I would definitely recommend and do business with **** the plumber again. No problems or pressure. Thank you for your service.

    Contracted Pete the Plumber the install a hot water tank on short notice. We were extremely pleased with Jeremy, the technician,a most friendly and very professional in every way. Clean mats used to protect the carpeting. Pete the Plumbers’ pricing very reasonable in comparison with competitor’s quotes. Will be our first choice for any future plumbing problems

    ******* quit working just before 2 am. Called this company and received excellent service. **** and ****** were prompt, professional and had my furnace working again in short order.I appreciated being given all the information needed to make decisions and the honest assessment that **** and ****** provided. Highly recommend this company

    On FRIDAY, SEPT. 8-2023 between 8-9pm, my bathroom sink TAP, top broke & came off. FYI...NO WATER was coming from this BROKEN TAP whatsoever. I called Pete the Plumber & I spoke with staff male ****** ***** said he would charge me...a SENIOR CITIZEN $700.00 to come to my residence to REPLACE the broken bathroom sink TAP on SATURDAY, SEPT. 9-2023. I told TRENT this was an Outrageous COST & could NOT afford to spend $$$ amount. I asked TRENT if he or another staff person could come on MONDAY, SEPT. 11 & TRENT said NOPE, I would have to wait 2 WEEKS. I ended phone call with TRENT. ?However, I spoke with My Daughter & as a Test & to obtain Info, my daughter phoned the BUSINESS OFFICE on MONDAY, SEPT. 11-2023 at Office Opening Time & told the Pete The Plumber person who answered phone, that she had a BROKEN BATHROOM SINK TAP & when could a plumber staff come to her home to FIX-REPLACE.? My Daughter was told that a plumber staff could come out to FIX-REPLACE TAP on WEDNESDAY-SEPT. 13-2023.!! My Daughter said she would have to speak with her husband first & she ended the Office phone call. ?I consider this a **** ** ***** who lied to me, a SENIOR CITIZEN in an attempt to **********, OVER Charge me an outrageous cost of $700., just to replace a single bathroom sink TAP. WHY? Did TRENT think I would be stupid, & pay $700., & he misinform me about TIMES available for TAP to be replaced &, to pressure me into believing there was some kind of urgency when the wasn’t.?? WHY? Does ***** get a percentage from any sales-repairs-replacement etc., he makes.??? ?I was a yearly customer & had Pete The Plumber come in to check on my furnace & check up on any of my plumbing needs.. but this has ENDED PERMANENTLY & I will register a formal complaint & I think the public should be informed to either, think twice before hiring Pete The Plumber because of the plumber staff it hirers, & because of my above major Customer Complaint.

    Our plumber spoke with this customer and advised the cost to replace the faucet would be approximately $500, not $700. This price included supply and installation of a faucet as well as the over time charge as this call was on a Friday evening. The overtime rate would also apply to going out on a Saturday. Our plumber spoke to both the customer and her daughter on the Friday evening and was hung up on. He called back to explain what the charges included but the customer did not want to proceed. Our current booking time is approximately 2 weeks, this was not a scam or a lie to the customer. As it was explained to them, we do get cancellations in our schedule which is not in our control. If spots open in our schedule, we can get calls booked into these openings. This is what happened here when the customer called our office during regular business hours. They were offered a spot that had opened in our schedule. I can see on the history of the customer file that they did not book this work. **** the Plumber takes pride in our reputation, and we do not excessively bill our customers. However, if a call is afterhours the cost will be higher than a regular service appointment. It is always in the customers control if they would like to pay this rate or book for a regular service appointment.
