    ***** was excellent. Told us exactly what he was doing ,and had things under control Very quickly! Let us know we could call back if there were any further problems .. with no additional charges. Even the dog loved him after a couple of hours. Thank you!

    ******* was a fine young man who knew what he was doing from beginning to end to get our furnace going. Worked under harsh snowing winter conditions and *** was able to send to send him today on short notice. We have also used Ace for plumbing, favourably.

    Very pleased with the service. They came out promptly on a Saturday and worked extra hard to identify and repair a mystery leak in the basement bathroom. They also provided extra information and tips.

    We are long time and very satisfied customers of ACE PLUMBING for a good reason...*** product lines and every single one of the *** service techs we have dealt with over the years for service delivery are simply the very best! We get value (products and service) for what we pay for. *** treats you as a valued customer and that kind of care can't be beat by most plumbing competitors in our books. The techs are professional, always arrive on time and take the time to answer all your questions. They really know their stuff whether it be to install a new furnace, water softener, taps or to complete urgent repairs quickly whenever we've called them. We had a tech (************) come into our home today for an annual furnace maint check and he alerted us to get some outmoded 'poly b piping' changed in our home to avoid potential water/flooding probs. We were unaware of this and appreciated the advance heads up alert to get a fix in place. We highly recommend ACE PLUMBING. You won't be disappointed.

    I don't think much of ACE Plumbing & Heating. Their advertising is false as they have a special for Furnace Tuneup for $149 and plumbing tuneup for $99 which I made an appointment for only to have Beth the receptionist email me to say there would be another $$89 to have the technician bring his tools of the trade with him. WHAT???? Since when doesn't a tradesman come with his tools and why do I have to pay him to do it? Cancelled appointment and found another company with decent morals.

    Ace Plumbing responded quickly and repaired my faulty hot water tank the same day! *** sent me the name and a pic of the technician being sent to troubleshoot and repair my tank - I greatly appreciated this. The job was done expertly, quickly and all cleanup was done so that you would never know the tech was there. Great work Ace!
