  WE HAD NO HOT WATER FRIDAY SEP 29. I CALLED SEVERAL PLUMBERS BUT EVERYONE WAS VERY BUSY TO HELP. OUT OF ALL THE CALLS I MADE ONE PLUMBING COMPETITION GAVE ME THE ***** NUMBER FOR ACE PLUMBING AND HEATING.I CALLED ACE. **** WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND EQUALLY POSITIVE IN HER DESIRE TO HELP. HELP SHE CERTAINLY SENT - IN THE FORM OF *****.***** CALLED ME HALF HOUR LATER AND TOLD ME HE WOULD BE AT OUT HOUSE AROUND 11AM. HE ARRIVED ON TIME. ***** IS A VERY POSITIVE INDIVIDUAL, WITH A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR, AND A DISTINCT PERSONALITY. HE GOT STARTED RIGHT AWAY AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THE PARTS ARRIVED SHORTLY THEREAFTER AND IN ABOUT 3 HOURS ***** AND HIS HELPER REPLACED OUR TWO HOT WATER TANKS.***** AND HIS HELPER WORKED VERY HARD TO GET US HOT WATER.I THANK ****, ***** AND THE HELPER FOR THEIR FAST SERVICE.A REQUEST TO THE ***** OF ACE - YOU HAVE TWO CROWN JEWELS IN THE FORM OF ***** AND ****.   Re: Ace Plumbing Was told when I booked the appointment that the technician would have a fully equipped truck stocked with all the required parts. Was given an estimate for the repair work, but was very disappointed when we were told that the original estimate given to us would have to be revised due to the fact that the parts was not available in the truck and had to be ordered from a supplier. The follow-up estimate was incrementally higher than was expected. In my opinion, this did not live up to their company motto: "Happy Today or You Dont Pay!". Had to pay the Service fee, which I would have gladly done so if the work had been completed successfully, however, due to the high parts and labor estimate quoted, we had to pay the service fee, and as a result, still do not have two repaired bathroom sinks.   The best plumber service Ive ever had !! ******* gave us a choice of a few quotes and he did what we wanted !! he was informative and professional! We will continue to use Ace plumbing for all our plumbing from now on!!

  We had a sewer backup and *** came through a referral from a neighbor who had a great experience with them! **** was amazing booking ** in as a priority. ***** was very professional, gave us three options on what might be the problem and three quotes hoping for the least expensive and least intrusive option to fix the problem. The problem was cleared and the plumbing pipes were replaced with a better quality setup so hopefully no issues in the future. ***** was very professional, friendly and efficient. We would highly rate Ace and definitely use them for any future plumbing issues as well as refer them to friends.
