    Bought a 2019 ******* Tucson in March. They told me up front it needed brakes and tires, which they did. Its now the end of April, and I suddenly need a wheel bearing. I had to fight with them to get a wheel alignment. Now itll be another fight to get a wheel bearing done. The skid plate was damaged when purchased, but they also wont fix that. They said there was no reason to believe it needed an alignment after new brakes and tires. I sense false info, or the techs arent red seal certified. I dont trust this dealership at all ever again.

    Personally would highly recommend going to a different ford dealership. *** * ****** ********** ** ***** ** **** *** *** * ********** **** **** ******* ** **** ***** Paperwork was wrong &/or missing. (Out of province Inspections, warranty policies, truck kms were 700km different then the paper work stated) Out of province was done in house and 3 months later they still have failed to provide those documents Customer service likes to ignore you for weeks (sales rep- ******* ****** ignored me for 2 weeks, shop foreman **** **** 1 week who would hang up and not call back, sales advisor - ***** ***** also took his time responding 5-6 days on average. Carlo was quick to respond when i mentioned id be interested in trading trucks for something that didnt have so many problems but then gave me the warranty speech after denying the vehicle he had proposed (still havent gotten proper documents at this point.) They gave me the shop foreman when i asked for a sales manager because of ********* negligence. Shop time is terrible, no loner vehicle either. (5 days for an alignment (1 week and it was out), transmission check, and wheel hub) paid out of pocket for those.(minus alignment thanks to excutive manager) but my window was cracked the following day, and the hood latch sensor that triggers my alarm during the night is still faulty. Customer service isnt there and Product is not what i expected paying 73,000$ for. Its a 2019 ford f350 xlt(alignment was out day 2 city driving in city, back up camera, air intake, truck alarm goes off because of sensors, a/c unit, wheel bearings, trailer brakes, ambient air temp sensor, instrument panel wasnt sealed so its dirty inside now, and brake calibration is off) Verdict- I will never return, or recommend this shop. But yes the staff is friendly.. at first. Thanks for taking time to read this, i hope you avoid the hassle i endured.

    I purchased a vehicle Omid the sales representative was ***** helpful in helping me find a vehicle. I tried a vehicle for four days had an issue with it returned and chose a second suv Omid and the rest of the team I dealt with were all very helpful I now have a **** Escape which I am happy with .thanks to **** and the team at Universal ****. Bill
