      **************** is atrocious! I can never, never, never get a human being to talk to regarding billing or payments. No option to speak to anyone to discuss. Only very limited push button options for direct questions. I want a paper bill delivered to my home, so that I can have an itemized account of what I am paying for. Don't like online bill or options. HUMAN SERVICE NEEDED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS!!

      Upgrade to new wifi desperately needed.wifi modem etc. no problem wifi although extenders had to be changed with Blue Curve app with on line help. Installer mentioned this but didn't offer to do it for me.. TV SET UP ON LINE IS APPALLING. 187 CHANNELS RECORD USING VOICE,WHERE IS IT ONCE RECORDED Can I record without using voice. On-line chat is in different time zone. Chat line waiting for delivered response shut down due to time zone difference. major problem in bc is only 2 choices. the other one is worse than Shaw.

      we wanted to add center ice to our package,i phoned and got a very nice lady in ******** an with her help we got center ice and some help with getting ride of tv channels that we didnt need. all so we got channels that we wanted.she all so cut our bill in half. i want to let everyone know that there is some people out there that are willing to help. to make it a little easer for some of the customber to understand what shaw cable is all about thank you again. *************************

      Shaw cable has the worst customer service! If theres any kind of issues with your bill or you need tech support, good luck! You better plan to take a day off! It takes FOREVER to get through to someone. ***** spend a minimum of one hour before you even get acknowledged. Then, from there you will spend anywhere from 2 to 5 hours getting the issue resolved. They always come back saying they apologize for the wait. They always say theres an unexpected high volume of calls (this is the case 100% of the time so its not unexpected and they should clearly hire more people) !!!!!!!!They do not care about their customer service. Once they have you locked in to their services, youre just a number. ************** as much as possible!

      I’ve been with Shaw for years, and decided to switch ** ***** as their channel lineup worked better for us, plus we had phones with them. Cancelled Shaw, returned equipment, then expected the final payment to come off my credit card automatically. This was apparently cancelled without my knowledge, and then they sent a collections agency after me. I am furious at this poor customer service. Not even the courtesy of a phone call or email. I have never before dealt with collections, I always pay my bills. I will never use Shaw ever again. Good riddance.
