  I've decided to go with this company because it was backed up by ******. But I had just troubles after troubles with them. They took 1.5 months to send me their qoute. Then it took me 3 failed appointments for them to install the unit. They were not able to install a smart controller that day, but they still charged us for it. Later, I realized about the wrong charge and and it took them a month to give me the money back. Also, it took close to 2 months to get the ****** cash back refound. On top of that, the unit was installed at the begining of Winter so they told me they were not able to test it . I had to schedule a new appointment with them to come a do the "spring start up". Guess what, the technitian was suppoused to arrived between 11 am and 12. He called me at 11:45 to tell me he was later and that it will take him 1 to 2 hours more to arrive. I had to reschedule. A new technician came on a different appointment and informed me the ** unit was damaged and that they needed to replace it. I had to make another appointment for today and guess what?. They didn't show up. This is the 6th time either my wife or me have to take half a day from work to get an ** unit installed at home. Im done with this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!.

  Alberta Mountain air installed our Lenox central A/C system last spring, and serviced our Lenox furnace. Their service was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. We will be using them again.

  We have used Alberta Mountain Air for Several Years since we had them install air conditioning for us. They have been amazing every time. Their administration staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their techs have do a great job, are courteous when working in our home, and explain the work that was done, or anything that needs attention. We will continue using them in the future.

  Alberta Mountain Air installed a new AirConditioner at my residence. I contacted them at ******. The Unit has not started yet due to cold weather. I am looking forward to strating the Air Conditioner as soon as the weather gets warm. I feel they are professionals of good quality. In my case, the contact person was not very careful. He made mistakes in quoting and later made mistake in billing as well. therwise, I found the office staff were prompt and they responded positively.

  We had a good experience. The technician ( ******* ) was very professional and knowledgeable,He fixed our furnance in a few hours, same day we called. We recommended Alberta Mountain Air already to co-workers and family. Thank you !
