    While the technical work on my furnace was excellent, with a clean site, innovative piping and wiring solutions, and truly professional execution, the experience was marred by a broken promise on the schedule. The next-day service, which was a key factor in my decision, was not honored, and my subsequent emails about the issue went unanswered. Instead, I received a call that included an offer to cancel my service, which felt dismissive. Your team's craftsmanship is top-tier, but aligning sales promises with operational reality and improving communication would ensure the customer service matches the quality of the physical work.

    Dakota from Alberta Mountain Air did a thorough fall service of our two furnaces and air conditioners. We made an appointment and he was on time. Very efficient, friendly and certainly knew what he was doing. He left everything clean and tidy. **** and ****** *******

    Arrived on time put walk on carpets down worked 6 hours straight without a break knew what they were doing cleaned up and vacuumed afterwords very professional will use them for future projects

    All around sound company with exceptional products. I have had my air conditioner for a year and a half. No problems whatsoever. I had a maintenance follow up on September 15th, and my air conditioner works perfect. I would recommend Alberta Mountain Air to anyone who wants peace of mind, with their products.

    We had *** and **** come to install our AC, and they were fantastic! They were professional, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way. They also noticed an issue with the builders rough-in and went above and beyond to fix it so the installation could be completed properly. We really appreciate their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend Alberta Mountain Air for anyone looking for quality service!

    ****** was my installer he did a great job. The office staff also sent anything I needed right away and was willing to answer any questions. The whole process from billing to install to questions and documents was really great. If I had to say one thing for improvement probably could have vacuumed just a bit better for all the pipe shavings but they did lay out plastic over my floors. I would use them again and recommend them. No hidden fees quote process was very transparent.
