  On Side (*********) were shockingly poor, causing stress and disruption. They were bullying, misleading, found every excuse while constantly blaming others, wasted time and acted as if their purpose was to suit themselves. In the end, the outcome was satisfactory, although they wrongly tried to restrict our choices, which meant we did not get what we wanted. I suspect On Side benefited at our expense. The Adjuster ** ****** ****** seemed powerless to have any influence over them. It turns out that On Side is owned by *************, but apparently you can choose another renovation company or opt for a cash payout. Either would be better than going with On Side.

  Id give less the 1 start of possible. Of i could turn back time.amd knew better i would not have gone with this company. I was made.to feel like i had no choice-- conveniently the ins company owns onside. This company completely took advantage of me. I had a toilet seal go with some damage on each level.. they ripped half my home apart. And charged me ***** wayyy over priced and straight up lied about most the work "done" or should I say not done. For example they claim to have had a bin on site and emoved 4 tons of garbage. Completely false... Gutted what did not need to be gutted- lied about being abspesto and totally overshot the equipment and the pricing . The website claims one thing. They were.going to take All of my belongings to a warehouse and not allow me.access-- DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!!! *** ACCEPT NOTHINF AS THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING

  Worst company, workmanship is s***. ****** insurance company is pathetic enough to employ them and say they are good workers. Every step of the way through my insurance claim was an issue. From drywall,painting, framing, flooring. Then them sending a quote for their work and sending ****** insurance a higher quote etc. I have a zero star rating but you have to put at least one star in order to review Zero star is where I stand

  I would give zero stars if possible: BEWARE of On Side. Major flood damage on an adjacent Condo unit affected our unit. The major damage owner wanted and hired On Side. Naively we went along with this contractor ON Side for our own repairs. On Side did come and inspect the damages for repairs estimate - but that was absolutely the last we heard from them. Over a year went by with On Side not answering any emails or any phone calls. We then learned serendipitously that a claim for damages had indeed been submitted by On Side to the insurance company though they never shared any such information with us or the fact that the claim had eventually been approved. After a long process with the insurer we eventually had to have the insurance check instead issued to the Condo and had to find another restoration contractor. By comparison, the new contractor completed the repairs within 6 weeks of being contacted. The major claimant next door still does not appear to be in their unit over a year later. The alternate contractor explained to me that On Side is owned by **************** and if your insurance policy is not with Intact, then you are placed at the absolute bottom of their queue for any service or repairs. Beware!

  ABSOLUTELY NO STARS !!!!!!!!I wish there was a "p" rating for **** poor planning , unbelievable planning skills for trade organization , I had a small flood on the second floor of my house from the bathroom..... I could have had it done in two weeks myself . it went through insurance (intact)........4 months later still not completed...... HIGHLY do not recommend!!!!!!!!!! only reason there is a one star rating is because it is required to post this
