The date of transaction was July 2023 for the amount of $450 for summer camp registration. The business was forced to close due to an issue with roofing, however customers were not notified of this up until the last minute before camp started. After repeated efforts to inquire about refunds we were told that refunds would be issued in October 2023. A later email informed us that refunds would come in November 2023, possibly slightly later. No refunds were issued. There has been zero communication since this time, despite sending repeated emails for the last 6 months. Social media posts have indicated that insurance has been paid out to the company for disrupted business insurance, yet there still has been zero refunds issued and zero communication.

I registered my child for Camp and paid $404.25 on Jul 4, 2023. Invoice # ********.The camp was canceled due to a roof collapse. We were promised a refund once the owner received their insurance money. There have been many excuses, asking for everyone's patience, but no communication directly to me. She does not respond to emails or phone calls. It has now been 10 months since the business has closed its doors and I haven't received any money that was promised. I didn't go through my credit card to do a charge back because I thought I was understanding, but now it seems the owner ***************************** is just stealing our money and has no intent to refund us. She has been paid by her insurance company and has not paid back her clients.
