1 starBuyer be ware! This is a business that is slimey, very slimey. They took advantage of a pregnant woman desperate to fix her vehicle for her babies arrival. The best way to fix it was just to do a delete since we had nox sensor issues. I had a quote from another shop and decided to call around to here getting another quote. Well, I was stoked since I was promised the world and for cheaper! I was saving $800, and they flexed their knowledge on things to give me confidence and trust them. Little did I know they were just fantastic salespeople. We were offered cat or catless at the time and shown on their company vehicle. We are now being told we were offered the items that weren't done at the time of purchase, but we declined. Im not sure how we declined these options unless they now call swirl flaps deletes and egr deletes cat or catless? We had to go back when our Def fluid wasn't drained. The def heater wasn't deactivated, so we kept getting engine codes, and they realized we were given a bad tune by them. Later, we found out that more codes popped and we weren't given a full delete. However, we received a partial delete, yay! To them, this is a delete, and the swirl flaps, egr, etc, that's standard in all other shops, including the kits you can buy online to do yourself, is an add-on at this place. They now want $2000, which takes us waaaaay over the savings. The moral of the story is that you can get a full delete with a tune, tyranny tune at other reputable shops here in ******* (**************, etc) for a portion on the price! At ************ for get a partial for full cost and then some!Review fromMAUREEN P

5 starsProvides best customer service as soon as you walk thru the front door. I have followed *****'s to several locations and with several different BMW"S I have had over the years. I wouldn't purchase a car that *****'s doesn't service.

5 starsI absolutely #love the team at Sheni's Auto Trend. I have been going there for years and where I ended up feeling 'addicted' was when they told me that I did not need an expensive part that the dealership was suggesting. They made a much more economical recommendation, and my car is still going many years later. Since then, I trust them with my new car, and recommend them to all of my friends too.
